Romantic rooms, quiet location, friendly staff”
first thing to mention about baan habeebee is the wonderful staff! when we first arrived it felt as if we were being welcomed into their home! tammy, the receptionist/cook was extremely helpful and went well out of her way to make sure our time in krabi was wonderful. on our last day she made sure to have our breakfast ready even though it was an hour before the hotel's scheduled breakfast. for us, the hotel's staff truly embodied the spirit of the "land of smiles" and will be a fond memory of our trip to thailand. the hotel seems new and is quite small. there were just a handful of rooms which meant personalized service and careful attention to our needs. it is located a bit off the main road and was hard for our taxi driver to find. however, we just gave him the resort's number and he received accurate directions from the hotel. rooms/amenities: the "rooms" are actually private bungalows which are quite large and completely wooden down to the bathroom sinks. the property is immaculate and seems quite new. the warmth of the wood gives everything a serene and romantic feel. truly a peaceful place to relax for weary travelers. sightseeing: the hotel is about 10 minutes drive from ao nang beach if you take their free shuttle. the hotel also rents out mopeds, which we did to see the tiger cave temple and huay toh waterfalls about 45 minutes away. thank you to tammy, na (room attendant)! you truly made our time in krabi wonderful!

the reason why we'll go back to krabi again”
the location is quite hidden, but with transport arranged everything is much easier. The fact that there is only 6 rooms is a unique selling point of the place for couples. It really feels like you're in your own little resort and it's much quieter than hotels. Perfect if you are looking for a romantic getaway and don't mind the location, because the staff will make your stay the most pleasant ever :) getting around is easy by motorcycles and they are ready for rent at the resort itself. No license needed! Any other arrangement for car/van transports can easily be arranged via the manageress Kim too! She's the most awesome hotel/resort staff that we've ever met. Probably you've read about her in other reviews too cos she's way tooo awesome. We'll be back Baan Habeebee! :)

Excellent service and excellent hotel!”
The Baan Habeebee is a small resort wih 6 or 7 rooms, each in their own small wood house with a balcony, and giving a view on the swimming pool. The room is 100% in wood with large bed, a small kitchen corner and a large shower in a separate room with outside openings (equipped with a mosquito net). The decoration is really nice. You can have a drink on your balcony in the evening when it's cooler. We stayed for 3 nights and except from the wake up call from the Mosque at 6 in the morning, which was annoying, our stay was perfect. The free tuk tuk service to go to Ao Nang town is perfect, taking you to the pier for your day trips and to the town for dinner! The welcome was very warm and helpful for planning our trips! Breakfast: breakfast was nice, with some choice, + I asked if they could get these waffles I really liked and the next morning, I had them in my plate with no extra charge. The woman host is fantastically nice and helpful. This was our best stay in Thailand!

First class hospitality but far from town”
Baan Habeebee exudes the home-away from home feel that you don't find in bigger hotels. There are only 6 villas so there is never the 'overcrowded' feel. The villas/rooms are clean and well maintained. Hospitality is superb with every effort made to ensure the comfort of their guests are met. Shuttle service is available 5 times a day on schedule to town and return. This resort has its charm but it is not for everybody. If you are a 'more happening' person and enjoy the Ao Nang nightlife, this resort may not be the best choice. It is not within walking distance to town or Ao Nang beach. Though shuttle service is provided, the time table is a little weird and you have to live by their terms. A oneway trip on motor-tuk-tuk would cost you 50baht per person from hotel to town and another 50baht vice versa. On the long run, it does amount to a rather substantial expenses. On the other hand, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax at leisure, this is the place!

This trip was as our 20 years marriage anniversary & the celebration for my daugter who could to enroll to the university. Baan Habeebee resort, they arranged the excellent room for us, and the hotel staff were so friendly, we surelly got a amazing memory that is unforgetable in our life.

Wonderful service ”
We stayed 4 nights at Baan Habeebee and had a wonderful time there. The Resort has only 6 bungalows but the this small scale makes it very attractive. Everything new and clean. No breakfast buffet but breakfast (American style) sufficient. Best selling point: the wonderful service-with-a-smile from host Tammie. If I go back to Krabi then I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, great service”
There is a free shuttle that will take you to town. The downside is that town is pretty annoying - every restaurant and tailor has an employee outside jumping you. Each restaurant has 200 items on the menu. Every place was out of at least one item we ordered. Back to the hotel - The manager, Kim, is great. She is very knowledgeable about all the tours and activities, and will gladly book them for you. When we mentioned that it was our honeymoon, we were surprised with a congratulatory cake waiting for us in our room later that day. I recommend Baan Habeebee if you don't mind extremely touristy Ao Nang.

Beautiful hotel and superb staff”
When we arrived in Krabi it was raining (rainy season) and we were wondering what to do with two small kids. However, the amazing staff at Bann Habeebee could not have been nicer and were so kind with the kids - even noticing what they liked and giving them small presents when we left. The day we went on an elephant trek, they had folded the towels to look like elephants, they sent out their tuktuk for us on multiple occasions just because the kids loved the tuktuk! The resort is beautiful - a little jungle garden with pretty sculptures and a couple of resident cats, geese and birds for the kids to play with. The is a cool swimming pool - hich we only used once but would be nice to cool off in when it was sunny - not much when we were there! The rooms were lovely - pretty wood with great balconies to sit out in the evening but you need mozzie spray! The only criticism was that because of the dark wood, the bathrooms were very dark and could have done with an extra light for shaving etc. Breakfasts were lovely and the staff cooked them to order - with a range of local thai specialities if you wanted. This was a fabulous place to stay - the staff made it wonderful and, although, it was a couple of kilometers from the main beach at Ao Nang, it was no problem with their tuktuk or minivan giving a shuttle service. Would definitely go back! - They also have a magnificent villa with its own pool if you were a bigger party.

Perfect Paradise”
Amazing stay at Baan Habeebee!! This is such a garden paradise that is run by the most amazing women :) from the moment we got there we were treated like family. The cabins are wonderful and breakfast brought right to your balcony. It is a bit far from the aonang beach road but they offer shuttle service until 930 pm. It is also easy to get back at night if you stay out late-just take a tuktuk and no problem. You can also walk during the day no problem and the ladies provide you with an easy to follow map. Would stay here again in a heart beat and plan on doing so during my next trip to Thailand. Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay.

Personalized Serviced, Serenity”
It was like a home away from home. The hotel has 6 beautiful villas. You will get the feel of Thai living. The bed is big and comfortable. There are just some bugs in the shower room but it was not a biggie. What is remarkable is the very pleasant and warm hospitality of the people there. The manager, Kim was so accommodating, she always checks on us if we need anything or if everything is alright. She would go her way to even accompany us to buy a medicine fir my sister. She calls all of us by our first name. The breakfast is good too, they will serve you egg and sausage. There is a buffet for bread, butter, strawberry and pineapple jam, milk, yogurt and orange juice. If you want to try buffet for dinner you can go to Halaan, just 5-7 minute walk from the Hotel. They normally open at 3PM if I remember it right. We did try and we really enjoyed it. The hotel though is a bit difficult to find and suggested to Kim to put a signage in the highway. Will definitely book Habeebee if I go back to Krabi.

We had the most incredible time at Baan Habeebee. Everything about this little resort will delight you. The staff are charming and so helpful, the cleanliness is immaculate, food great and gardens delightful. It is a peaceful haven amid the noise and busyness of the Ao Nang area.

This hotel is a dream come true..”
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel was quiet and away from the madness of tourist infested Ao nang beach. There are only 6 cottages to this resort manned by Mac, the manager and her team. We stayed in the deluxe cottage which comes with a small kitchenette.Mac and her team tried to fulfill our every request. We rented a motorcycle for a cheap price to got to Ao nang. The hotel can make arrangements for tours in Krabi. The breakfast food does not have a lot of variety but is freshly cooked to order by Mac and her team every morning. It a lovely place to have a honeymoon or for couples. Loved this resort and would definitely come again!! No complaints!!

Great Service!”
Stayed at Ban Habeebee for 4 nights. Got a free upgrade to a larger room. Room is well designed. Clean. Service was excellent! The staff was always ready to help in any way. (especially Tammy-She notice that we didnt have umbrellas with us during one of the rainy days and offer to lend us) We only had to tell them our dietary preferences once, did not have to repeat for subsequent days. They are observant too. (We did not eat the pineapples they gave us on the first day and they gave us watermelon for subsequent days instead!)

Charming escape from the hub bub.”
This is a nice little getaway place. We loved our little bungalow with its veranda -- the veranda doubled the size of the living area and we spent a lot of time there having coffee, reading, writing, enjoying a cocktail at night (bring your own), etc. While we knew from the reviews that Habeebee was a distance from town, it really is, so factor that in to your stay. Ao Nong itself was a bit shabby. We enjoyed going in for dinner in the evening (lots of great restaurants, very lively, but the beaches themselves were pretty dirty with lots of trash littering the sand. But you can get a long boat to Railey or do day trips which the resort can arrange.

Back of beyond but it had its charm”
i had seen comments about taxi drivers being unable to find this place but thought i could manage with a google map- wrong! make sure you take the hotel phone number and they will come and get you. our taxi driver (black tiger tours krabi- do not use!)couldn't find it, stopped in the middle of ao nang and told us just to getout.the tourist policelet me use a computer to get the phone number and it was sorted. they have a tuktuk service to take you and get you at night, which was very helpful. the resort is new and the rooms are spacious. breakfast is not great, but the staff try really hard- especially tammy and tuk ta!

Clean and GREAT customer service”
Lovely little hotel. Slightly away from the tourist area but they run a shuttle bus and it takes five minutes to the town. That gap is worth it because you feel secluded in their wonderful garden resort. Nice pool, epic fresh breakfast, great room, very clean with fun towel animals each day.... Its great but that's without the team who are brilliant. Very accurate, friendly and informative! They really deserve a bonus... If the manager sees this! Keep your staff... They make your hotel stand out!

Small hotel in quiet location”
We stayed at the hotel in June and found this small hotel very lovely. There are only 6-7 bungalows. The room is very cozy, decorated in wood and it is located in a very quiet area. Very good for sunbathing, reading and enjoy a peaceful day. However, we had difficulty finding hotel when we arrived since there wasn't enough signage. We ended up having to call Agoda to connect to the hotel and they sent someone to fedge us at the main road. For those we want to go there, plesae take note the hotel is located in Nopparat-Tara Soi 9. This will be easier for taxi driver or for you to ask the local of whereabout. The breakfast is pretty basic, only eggs, sausage, toast but we are fine with. Reception is very friendly and helpful. Shower is good as they really got strong water pressure.

Lovely resort”
Everything makes it for a relaxed vacation: only a few, very nice bungalows, each with a spacious balcony and a good-sized simming pool. It's a bit far from main beaches (but to Nopparathara you can go walking). The shuttle bus is useful and apart from the scheduled time (5 times a day for free) you can book it at your preferred time for the same price you would get from a tuk tuk. Staff is nice and always willing to help even though their english is not very fluent (which sometimes can cause some misunderstanding). Be aware that is a muslim run resort so you won't find beer in the fridge and in the morning you can hear the muezzin because the resort is very close to the mosque.

Nice Hotel but a little out of town”
We had a pleasant stay at Bann Habeebee Resort 1 thing you should know is that this resort is not within walking distance to Ao Nang and you will have to catch a taxi. There is a 7-11 within walking distance but that is it not resturants. The room was nicely decorated and cleaned daily and breakfast was simple but nice and tasty. The manager Tammi couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant. Only wish that this resort was located closer to more of the action.
