Pleasant Hotel, Well Located”

My stay at Baan I Un Pool Villa was short, as my wife and I had some business in town. Chonburi isn't an ideal Thai beach resort town, but I did find it very pleasant town with a nice beach and promenade. And this hotel was affordable and pleasant.

Great little hotel.”

Very pleasantly suprized, this was a delightful hotel with clean rooms and bathroom, for the money it was very good value and the staff were especially nice. Although located in a small soi, it was within walking distance to the beach, bars and resturants all round a great little hotel and well worth a return visit.

Nice big clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff”

great place, very clean and nice pool. lots of dogs in the neighbourhood and when walking they like to come barking at you. clap your hands and they run away. it would have been nice if agoda would have provided us a phone number of the hotel as the taxi driver had a terribly hard time finding the place.

Good for relaxing and long stay”

Hotel is small but the room is big enough for a family with a kitchen facilities and next to a compact size swimming pool. The bed is queen size but a bit stiff and not so soft to sleep compfortably. There are limited number of parking space in front of the hotel and no breakfast provided. However it is good for its price and not far from a beach within a walking distance.

Hidden lovely and friendly guesthouse!”

If you expect to find a place offering hotel services skip this house, but if you like to feel like home and enjoy a family atmosphere, this hidden guesthouse is perfect! Very difficult to find the first time because of the strange name translated from Thai (the name does not appear on maps nor GPS), you will be surprised to discover a welcoming home away with eight big and comfortable new rooms. The four bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool.

Family atmosphere & warm welcome at good location”

Baan I Un is a smal, quiet resort in a side street, at no more than 70 m from the beach. There are only 8 rooms (on two floors), all facing the pool garden, where, apart from swimming, you can sit and read, or even organise a small barbecue. Our room was very spacious and perfectly tidy. We were welcomed by Mrs Noon, the young owner, who gave us all the necessary information about what to visit ant where to eat in Bangsaen. She also helped us to prepare our return to Bankok and organised transportation to the bus station. Nearby, on the be beach boulevard as well as on the inner boulevard, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. Upon our next visit to Bangsaen, we will definitely return to Baan I Un.

“Use the stairs” Really?”

Had comfortable main floor poolside room first night and decided to stay longer. After making arrangements to stay longer, was told I was on second floor, but only for a couple of days. I use a cane and stairs are difficult. They insisted it “should only” be two days. With that response, I arranged to go back to where I was and eventually got another hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay ( 2 nights )at this hotel. The staff and boss/owner was very friendly, helpful and made as feel at home. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Nice small hotel, turn too the thai people, but good place with swimming pool because the beaches of bangsean are so dirty there is no way for me to go inside, bangsean is not really a place i could advise for tourist it's a student thai city so party by night and drunk is religion there. the food isn't really good from where we tried on the beach. and the beach is cover of rebish at the end of it. No more bang sean for my wife and me and even she is thai she didn't like there too

A decent place to stay for visiting BangSaen beach”

The stay was good because of friendly staff and the clean, nice and big room. We stayed mostly at the beach the whole weekend so we used the place purely for sleeping. The hotel is not really internationally orientated, the staff present could not speak English. However this was not a problem and BangSaen itself is a really Thai place anyway.
