I was Stay here 3 years ago, and now I come back again. Lovely Hostel and the staff are very friendly and caring! Is very old House and historical and beautiful! clean bathrooms. I really feel comfortable to come back and stay here again. The location is very good. You can walk around it's a 20 half hour by walk maybe to the Riverside. You also can go by boat to make a trip around Riverside Bangkok. breakfast is very much traditional Thai. Also, very good coffee. ;-) I am Recommend to stay here. ＼(^-^)／

Very clean and tidy”
Right at the centre of BKK. Friendly staff, very good breakfast and tidy room. The bed was comfortable. The shared bathrooms were very clean too. I never bumped into anybody. Maybe because it is low season. They also organised a last-minute personalised cooking class upon my request which I really appreciated. I would definitely came back again!

An authentic traditional Thai home. Owner and staffs are so lovely and attentive. Couldn't ask for more. Our room is so beautiful, spacious and cozy. Ambience outside is so calming with trees and the breeze. Thank you for the special breakfast. We love it so much! Great hospitality and perfect!

Best traditional Thai house ”
We were a group of 5 adults, staying in 3 rooms. Beautiful rooms, clean and very homely. We all agreed that when we come back to Thailand this is where we will be staying. Owner and staff can’t do enough for you. Fabulous Thai breakfast with fruit and fresh lemongrass tea. We were recommended places to visit and even had it written in Thai so the local bus driver knew where we need to get off the bus at both ends. Superb stay, wished we had longer there, next time we will.

Bpen, Lek and all the other staff were soooo nice! The breakfast they make free every morning is made to order and so fresh and good!!! The accommodation is amazing with AC, very peaceful and clean! Couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. So thankful!

Lovely stay”
Lovely guest house with old Thai wooden white house. I had a very pleasant stay with architect and hospitality. The room is very clean and well maintained. The owner also makes very nice Khao Chae. You can request it prior to your stay. The house has many cats 🐈⬛ walking in and out. You can hear the nice MEOW during day and night. The only drawback is that the house is located in narrow alley. The car can drive in but it should be small car. It is okay if you come with friends or arrive during day alone. But it can be a bit scary if you arrive alone at night. Or plan to drink a lot… Also the alley is not 100% clean enough to drag your suitcase. Another point is it is not suitable for people who need 100% quiet for sleep since there is cracking noise on wooden floor.

Amongst Thai people”
It is a beatiful thai house converted in a hotel but keeps the character of a home. They were all very nice. we arrived at 09.00 to let our luggage, but instead they immediately gave us the room without any problem. Very friendly and helpful on giving information. Breakfast was a very nice experience. I would higly reccomend it. (only thing is that also the bed is rather thai : hard matress - for those not used it can be hard to sleep)

Worth the price”
The price is cheaper than any hostel or guesthouse around, the staff are really friendly.. the place is clean wooden guesthouse.. cozy room means you have shared bathroom, but the bathroom is clean and convinience.. the breakfast menu is variative everyday.. the minus only, taxi or thuk thuk always refuse to go inside road in front of hotel because small road, but it’s not too far from the street.. if you charter taxi, use small taxi so can go inside..

This charming guesthouse is close to the Democracy Monument and a bit of a walk to the hucksterish Khao San Rd. None of the light rail lines go anywhere near it, however. Staff are friendly, proprietor is a delight. Breakfast is traditional Thai food and they are able to suit dietary preferences. Rooms are pretty basic but with good a/c. Showers and toilets are shared—BYO shampoo etc.—but there is hand soap at the washbasins. Located in a fascinating part of town. Taxis won’t go all the way there, since it’s down a narrow passageway—these passageways make Bangkok such a fascinating place.
