Honestly the staff here are absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be and help you with every little thing that you can think of. It's in a great location and the locals are the friendliest people you could hope to meet!

Quiet and Peaceful”
Great welcoming, 24h security, Nothing do say negative. If you not too picky and would like nice quiet location, with 24h security, very safe area strongly reccommend. Directions, access to city or way back home, walk 5 min to sukhvumit main road, wave the bus for 7 baht, which is a Ute Car, ,and people behind,travel like 10 min,, it will stop any place where you like stop at udom suk BTS, and you are on your way to the city. .. Wanna get back home, from Ekkamai taxi will be metered for 81 baht, from Asoke or other central around 120-140 baht. Use common sense and place is just lovely- saves your more money rather than staying in touristy areas and adding taxi or bts system anyways on top of that.

I felt safe”
The staff were careful to ask me to wash my hands, even sprayed my feet with alcohol spray, and there were signs posted to ask everyone to wash hands before entering the building. This makes me feel safer staying here during these covid times. The place was safe and secure.

Do not recommend for tourists”
The place is way far away to be worth the money, the owner does not register you as her guest is impossible to provide the legal documents for visa extension and is quite a cold indifferent person at the inconvenience caused. Really will never stay here again

It was hard to find at first because the location on Google is wrong, but it's a nice clean place to stay with large rooms. At this price you get no hot showers and minor details such as a curtain 10cm too small for the window it's covering but if matters to you look at how much you paid again. 5 minutes walk to udom suk road and you can jump on 7baths pp tuktuk that will drop you to udom suk sky train. Heaps of local cheap food around the apartments. The lady in charge has very good English and is an awesome woman. Wifi is extra and expensive considering it was free everywhere else I've been in Thailand, works fine if you need it.

The hotel is clean and and sufficient parking lots for guests and the room is comfortable. The hotel owner and staffs are very helpful and and kind throughout your stay. Above of all the price is very reasonable regarding to its service and location. it best choice for you to stay good and hotel with cheap price.

Great hotel for a few days”
Nice little apartment, quiet and a good price. I stayed for a few days while waiting for a flight home, the lady on reception spoke very good English, the guy in the shop also. Only problem is thelocation is far from anywhere to wander around but suited me. Thumbs up!

It was the perfect place, for spending a couple of days in Bangkok”
It is not in the center of tourist hotspots, BUT .... We got all the information needed, to get to anyplace we wanted, Thai stile! Inclusive fare costs, which made it cheap. It didn't take more than 30 min to get to Chattuchak market or Khao San Road (backpacker central). There is a neighborhood of 'normal' Thai, so it felt like Bangkok. We really liked it! It's a good-looking property. Unfortunately there's no AC in the building and no refrigerator in the rooms. So there's no relief from the notorious Heat in Bangkok except for an electric fan in your room. The owner is a very pleasant lady and she does speak some English. All of the staff I encountered are very nice and helpful. I believe if they added AC to the rooms, they would be able to double the price they're asking.
