Excellent”
The hotel is small and beautiful - the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a close walk to the night market, and it had a small pool for taking a dip. It was a little out of the way - you had to walk down some quiet and dark streets to reach the busier areas, which was nice for use for a night or two. I would stay here again!

Superb colonial property within Walking distance of main attractions”
We loved our three day stay at this property. It’s one of those unique small boutique hotels that still manage to deliver the service of big chain hotels with certain touch of individuality. The only negative is would be a small pool , fairly limited breakfast selection . However , customer service attitude of the staff makes it all worthwhile - they never said no to any of our request and also gave us a late checkout until 4 PM !

Tranquil Hotel on a quiet street in Old Town”
Highly recommended. Rooms are spacious, and staff is extremely welcoming. Location is within walking distance of most of the Old Town, and right next to a bustling market. The lobby, garden area is quite beautiful and relaxing, although I will warn that mosquitos love it there as well. They burn bug coils to help out, but I'd still recommend putting on repellent before relaxing there for any length of time. Also, breakfast is quite good for being included, and the Wat right across the street has the cheapest massages in town!

Exceptional”
This hotel was our favorite of the 20 hotels we stayed in during our 6 week tour of SE Asia including Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Chiang Rai and Bangkok. The beautiful lobby was a great place to sit and relax, chat with other visitors or take a dip in the pool. Breakfast were made to order and included excellent croissants. The staff were very helpful and pleasant Can't say enough good things. If I go back to ChangMai will definitely stay there again.

I like this hotel.”
It's not far from walking street market. I stayed only one night on Sat. Definitely, I will re-book again if going to CM. It's quiet and in the middle of the old city. Near to airport approx 10 min away.

Good place in old city in Chiang Mai”
I liked it, it had character, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. We came from a luxtury hotel in Bangkok which made it's rustic charm a real contrast~ I would recommend it and was certainly satisfied~

A Home Away From Home ”
Lovely hotel set in a quiet location off the Main Street. We fell in love from the moment we stepped through the door. Staff couldn’t have been nicer if we were their own family. Room was immaculate and well appointed. Good internet strength. The garden was a peaceful oasis with little seating areas tucked away here and there. There is a lovely swimming pool with a water feature that added to the peaceful vibe. Breakfast is amazing and cooked to order. Everything is excellent and I recommend this hotel with two thumbs up.

Charming ambience, welllocated, lovely staff & breakfast but...”
Charming ambience and staff, although some limited English. Convenient yet quiet location. Very good breakfast. Dirty windows, dusty window sills and marked walls marred otherwise good cleaning. Mosquitoes a nuisance and would have stayed on but somewhat overpriced.

Our first trip to Chang Mai - lovely location with easy access to many of the city features”
The only negative were the mosquitoes which were prevalent at times during the day and night. The staff used mosquito coils around the sitting areas and foyer. We would recommend the provision of Citronella spray in the rooms for outdoor use within the garden and poolside sitting area. We purchased some Citronella spray at the 7 Eleven just up from the hotel on Bumrung Buri Road and found the spray to be effective. As noted above, the mosquitoes were the only negative but were easily dealt with. The pros are many but the standouts were the breakfasts, good variety, well prepared and served with care, and the staff who were just lovely and always helpful.

Beautiful boutique style hotel, centrally located, wonderful staff.”
Beautiful, boutique hotel, tranquil setting. Was a nice respite at the end of the day after walking the busy streets of Chiang Mai. Rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The Lanna set for breakfast is a must. Hotel is close to shops, restaurants, walking street, temples, and night bazaar. Will stay here again.

Pretty, laid back hotel inside moat”
Breakfast included was very nice, lovely way to start the day. Spacious room, nicely decorated in cozy Thai style, lots of dark wood adds vintage character. Service is adequate if sometimes perfunctory, but in the end, all-around lovely. It's easily worth more. Don't be fooled by the value pricing, this place could easily ask for more. If you can book it, do.

Wonderful Hotel ”
We absolutely loved this place. The service was phenomenal and the staff was very kind. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with water, snacks, and toiletries everyday. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with outdoor dining and a clean pool. It's centrally located in Chiang Mai, we could walk pretty much anywhere within Old Town. There is laundry service available with comparable prices to other local laundry services. Our breakfast was included and it was absolutely wonderful with a lot of options to choose from. I would recommend anybody traveling to Chiang Mai stay here.
