Lovely pool and resturant”
it's a bit hard to find and when we first arrived we were a bit worried about what the room was going to look like as there is no reception, its just where the owners live. there was also a mix up with our booking but they did sort it. when we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised, they're clean, spacious and have a porch to sit on. the bathroom was clean and there was warm water. the pool is small but very clean and the resturant is very cheap. i think the price for this hotel is well worth it and we'd stay here again.

also very close by the Barn Tai Beach, 7-11, small restaurants, massage shops, coffee shop and small bars it is good for ppl who want to train a Thai boxing or fitness class also good for a family that love a very quiet getaway place due to the beach very close by just 5 mins walking I felt blessed to stay there the owners are very helpful and generous even the strange tough time like this I hope the pandemic is over soon Pray to God be safe to stay blessing thank you so much I will definitely come back here again when I will have a chance

Perfect and quiet ”
There is nobody there really to refer to, no reception but it’s all just what you need for a peaceful stay, the bungalows are nice and big, and clean, a little too close to each other that you can almost see the inside. They provide water bottles and they came to clean and change bedsheets once during the week. I loved it

Great bubble to unwind ”
I came here to unwind, i booked 2 nights, but ended booking another one. The entrace seems sketchy, but its totally worth it. Ppl were very nice and helpful and my lil home was exactly what i needed. They never come to bother you (or clean) but its your bubble you know. I would def go back with a lover aha

Really nice place, had really nice food in the little restaurant.. Only a short walk to the beach Swimming pool was great place to chill out and talk to other guests. Nothing to complain about., Really Nice place..

The place is amazing very natural , coconut trees all around the property it makes it so beautiful at day and night , also the owners are really helpfull and carring people , place have a swimming pool too very clean we’ll definitely the place to stay

Simple and charming”
A nice budget option for people doing a Fitkoh program or just want a quiet place on walking distance to the beach. The fan-room is a bit rundown, but fine for just a simple place to sleep. There are different options to upgrade on the property if you wish, for instance poolside aircon rooms. There's a restaurant on the property and more options at the beach. I had a lovely time here.

Mauvaise accueil, La propriétaire ne sais pas parler à un client, elle a crié après moi, Elle est venue faire le ménage a 20h une journée avant mon départ Terrain mal propre, piscine eaux verte, Pas au gout du jour.. Je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cet emplacement. J'ai communiqué avec Agoda par écrit parce que j'avais un probleme avec la propriétaire et ne n'ai jamais eu de réponse. C'est très ordinaire.. la prochaine fois je ferai affaire avec une autre compagnie.. Merci!!!

сломался бассейн и мы уехали”
отель не плохой,много но!нет уборки в номерах, белье не меняют раньше чем через пять дней,всем на все по фиг,но в целом люди хорошие и никто никого не напрягает..сломался бассейн на третий день чинили неделю и так мы не дождавшись уехали..еще минус одни немцы живут,которые нас не любят очень и не любят детей..одни старики нам попались,если хорошая компания и нет особых претензий к чистоте, то велком)))веник там дают!!

красивая территория,но странная хозяйка”
Мы переезжали с одного конца Самуи в другой,т.к. хотели пляж с песочком,без камней.Пляж действительно хороший,чистый,малолюдный.Решили вечером,потому,что хотели еще погулять,водопады посмотреть.В итоге приехали вечером на заселение,а хозяйки нет.Приехала она быстро,но сказала,что какая-то ошибка произошла,что Агода ей не сообщила,и она заселила других.Мы объяснили,что все оплатили и уходить не собираемся.В итоге она предложила нам доплатить 300 бат за 3 ночи,но мы этого делать не собирались.Потом она начала возить по всем отелям,все были забиты.В итоге привезла нас в мотель за 200 бат,хотя за номер мы платили 600 или 650,и хотела нас там оставить,сказала,что это на одну ночь,а потом к ней переедем,потом оказалось,что это не так и никуда мы бы не переехали,т.к. ее отель был забит на все дни.Тут мы поняли,что она все знала,просто подумала,что мы уже не приедем и решила заработать,заселив в уже оплаченный номер еще одних.Оставаться в этом ужасе мы конечно не собирались.Потребовали везти нас в другое место.В итоге она поняла,что бесполезно нас дурить,заметно разозлилась,это было видно по лицу,но привезла нас в достаточно хороший отель,о котором правда нигде не упоминается.Номер нам очень понравился,40 квадратов примерно,потолки 3 метра,выглядит как люкс.Позже мы выяснили,что неработал санузел,так что проверяйте сразу,чтобы потом персонал не ловить.Единственный минус,рядом с дорогой,поэтому слышно машины,но если со сном проблем нет,то все ок.Есть бассейн,небольшой.Далеко от кафешек,но дойти можно.Хотя это весь район такой,он как будто днем вымирает,а вечером все бары открываются.До моря 5 минут в горку,но пляж того стоит.Получился достаточно хороший обмен.В общем,если не нужны проблемы,то лучше поискать другой отель,хотя может это нам так не повезло.Думать вам.
