Superb location, friendly owner”
Good place to touch real Amphawa. Relax as if you are at home. The old lady waited for us around bus drop point as she was worry that we couldn't find her guesthouse. She also walked us to the market area which is just a minute from her place.

This hotel in amphawa floating market,its veryconvenient. The host very enthusiastic and nice, The rooms are clean and simple,but very warm.Its Thai style.The aunts are very nice and young, and good at cooking. Breakfast is made by the aunt herself. There have shrimp, rice, soup, fruit and coffee. It's so rich and free of charge. In the early morning sat by the river ,drinking coffee and watch the peacful Amphawa picturesque scenery.This is the best experience I've ever lived in Thailand. Strongly recommend.

this place (Baan Malihom) is a good choice when you looking for the guest house at Amphawa. it is not too far from the Amphawa Market and near the interest place. the owners are a mother and her son will care and help you anythings. In my opinion, this place is the best for the real relaxing.

excellent homestay, very nice people”
it is homestay managed by a nice family, the mother and son are so kind. Room isn't luxury, but a good place for rest, comfort and quiet. The house is by the river (half of balcony is on the river), almost at end of this market, good river view. There is bridge nearby, on which you can have a good on the whole market, especially under sunset, it is very beautiful.

Good value for private room with bathroom. Lovely homestay, nice breakfast and love the patio on the canal for people watching. Pillows are bit too firm and noise from boat engine passing by.

Pros + Easy to find, have a parking lot(60Baht) and very close to market (walk by 5 mins) + Nice hosts with a delicious breakfast + The canel is right in front of the place with the cozy view. Cons - Wooden wall is absolutely not soundproof. - Their neighborhood is a chartered accommodation, which that means a group of people together and definitely with noise. Anyway, we both have a good time there :) Thanks the host and his mother.

Truely homestay ”
If you want to experience real homestay, this is the place for you. However, if you want a place for relaxation, this might not a good choice. First of all, the room was clean but outside around the house is not that clean. Second, it was very noisy, you will hear every time a boat pass by the canel since the house is along with the canel (which is good indeed, it depends on you). Moreover, when soomeone is in front of your room or someone is doing something nearby, you will hear the noise. So, if you want to have very privacy or to be relaxed, this might not a good choice, but if you want to travel around, here matches for you. Third, actully I TOTALLY LOVE breakfast! It was very good!!, but there were too much flys during my breakfast which I could not enjoy much and was totally annoyed T^T By the way, the owners (mother and son maybe) were very friendly and helpful which you could not find in any places! feel like a family

Thanks to the friendly owner and his sweet mom. Their hospitality made us felt stayed at friend's home. They prepared packs for us to donate to the Buddhism monk who row boat in early morning. We had a enjoyable evening exploring night market and tranquil morning.

Set in a fairly quiet location, right on the klong and within close walking distance to the busier parts of the floating market, the room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The family is very kind and accommodating. A nice place to stay.

We spent a night there during the weekend and it was fine. The room corresponded to the description, small but clean. The owner was friendly even if he could speak no English. The area is peaceful yet few minutes away from the floating market.
