I stayed here in August 2014 and was really pleased with the cleanliness and size of the room. I was also impressed by the friendly and extremely helpful manner of everybody at the Baan Sabaaidee. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bedroom, a lounge /kitchenette and large bathroom, and all this was kept spotless clean on a daily basis. There were two large balconies with good views over the the swimming pool and towards Koh Takiab. I had some of the best nights sleep here, in a comfortable bed and nice relaxed surroundings. The swimming pool was clean and a very good size, with sun loungers around the sides. Breakfast was not included but it was possible to get a breakfast of bacon and eggs cooked freshly by the owners, or, if you prefer to, walk down into the 'village where there a few bars/restaurants where can buy a breakfast for a few baht. The resort is a short walk to the koh Takiab beach and not to far from the south end of Hua Hin beach if you don't mind walking a little further. There are also few bicycles provided that you can use to get around the local area. However if you wish to go into Hua Hin you would need transport or be prepared to use public transport. Taxi's and Tuk Tuks are available but it's best to use the Songthaew's which are cheap and run frequently, although you'll need to use taxi's later in the evening after 8.00pm. I really felt at home here and I will consider staying here with out a doubt. I would to thank Mem and here staff for making me feel so welcome and my stay at Baan Sabaaidee so comfortable and enjoyable.

Peaceful haven ”
We had 1st floor room and it was big, airy and with nice balcony. Small kitchenette was a bonus to make a simple breakfast or snack. Clientele were mainly elderly Dutch people who weren't very friendly but at least they were quiet. Pool is pleasant with loungers and brollies and pool towels available. Owners are pleasant and speak great English and the small smiley lady who cleaned the rooms was delightful and also spoke English. There is a family mart just up the road and also restaurants. Beach is 10 min walk but never went on it as the beds were crammed together like sardines and wasn't exactly spectacular. Green buses go into hua hin town frequently for only 10 baht which is very convenient and cheap. Would return to this hotel if I came back to hua hin

Clean and Nice Room with nice Environmant”
Me and my husband are staying here for 3 night from 16 to 19 June. I will saying that, really friendly staff with the big and clean room and very comfortable bed. The room has refrigerator and microwave ready. The hotel was surrounded by plants and trees and has been maintain perfectly. Swimming Pool is clean. Quiet at night so that we can have a very nice sleep. Will stay here if we visit Hua Hin again for sure. Highly recommended.

Oasis near to town”
The owners were very friendly and helpful. There is good transportation from nearby into Hua Hin town and the beach is a ten minute walk away. Although there is no restaurant at the resort there are some good ones within walking distance. The free bicycle loan was very useful. The resort is quiet and peaceful and the rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. My wife and I would definitely consider returning for another stay. The beach was not the best however because of the jellyfish...but this may have been because of the recent rains,

Very pleasant place to stay”
This is a tranquil place to stay. Nice and quiet with a beautiful garden. Friendly staff in a personal setting. For me, it was close enough to food and the beach and away from hectic traffic of Hua Hin. Transport to the center of Hua Hin is easy with a short walk to cheap public transport.

Pool lovely - staff very friendly - upstairs rooms great with a fresh breeze going through. Rooms clean. A little away from Hua Hin centre but short walk to buses. Beach a close walk with some easy stops for food and drinks. A good relaxing stay - very much worth a visit

Studio rooms are attractively designed to give a cosy and quiet family atmosphere. The separate kitchen-living room is provided with sat-TV, a corner seat and a well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, dinnerware. A swimming pool is right in front of the terrace, surrounded by beautiful gardens with tropical plants. It's possible to borrow a bike for free to get around or go to the beach in 5 minutes. overall it was a decent stay , quiet,clean,just a ten minute walk to the beach staff are helpful. only downside was the air con was too loud and the amount of mosquitos around the front door.
