10 mins drive to all shopping area like Siam, silom,Sukhumvit! Everything in the apartment is perfect!! We love the kitchen and the everyday cleaning. Comfy bed with a simple modern decoration. The reception area has a neighbourhood map and tips--very thoughtful hotel with friendly staff. Once you step out of the hotel, you are in the local of Bangkok with restaurants, cafes,spas and street food at night in one minute walk!!!.

Don't believe the old reviews on Agoda! Everything has changed!! Spacious clean rooms with equipped kitchen for cooking!! We went to Tops supermarket and have a full cooking! The stuff is very friendly with an average English. (not a bit deal for me) MRT is about 10 mins walk. but I recommend flagging a taxi in front the apartment. The best part is the view at the balcony! (Request for a back view!! You will be amazed like me!)

Perfect apartment for 4 adults. Unlike other hotel rooms, we amazed with the huge balcony where we like to hang out. We are vegetarians so the kitchen here is a must for us. Easy to get food from 7-11 and a local grocery. Great location in Sathon--pretty charming neighbourhood to explore and 10 mins walk to Lumpini MRT. Most of the time ,we take taxis as we don't like to be sweaty under the heat in BKK. Overall, Amazing experience!! 10 STAR for cleanliness and kitchen facility. Ps. this is a serviced apartment that the room is perfect. The reception opens in daytime only. And the guard on duty at night (not english speaking) but this is not an issue--use google translate works here. (We booked a taxi service from the guard--no issue and good price)

Clean & Cosy”
Booked for the two room apartment and the apartment was quite clean and cosy. It felt like being at home. It was nice being away from the hustle and bustle as it's tucked away from the main streets. As you wake up in the morning, you're greeted with the birds chirping. It's close to 711 which is ideal for our daily starts. We tried the food carts outside the apartment and it's quite tasty & cheap. Location wasn't a big deal as we were a group of four and using GRAB was relatively cheap.

After a 20 hour day of travel to Thailand and some difficulty finding the hotel (once found it was easy to get back to and from) our check in was flawless with the night security guard all ready with our Agoda booking and keys and a hand with our bags upstairs. Being serviced apartments we didn't need to do the normal passport and registration routine. Short walk to nearby food stalls and mix of both Thai and European eating options, two 7-11 in short distance. Busy front road so no problem calling down a taxi when required, even at 4am in the morning. Very relaxing stay and would be happy to go back again. Good value for two rooms of good size suited our family of four. On-site gym is small but functional and washing machines also available.

Self contained unit with big fridge, stove for cooking, 2 t&b and 2 rooms. Aircon was very cool, lots of space to move around. Only problem is that it is a bit distant if you are planning to go to the shopping malls such as Platinum mall and Siam Paragon.

Mold and hair in bathroom, balcony so dirty you get deep black feet when you go out, rare kitchen equipment dirty, AC smells strange. In sum pretty bad "executive suite 2BR"
