Quiet, beautiful, accessible, very supportive staff! ”
The bungalós are located next to the family farm. Your breakfast will include home grown food. It is shaded and quiet, yet within the village. A fantastic restaurant is across the street. The Chocolate Factory is next door. The bungaló was spacious, with a porch. Very comfortable. The owner and staff were the best. It’s the perfect place to stay for tours if Khao Yai National Park.

Family-Run Bungalows ”
Older-style bungalow has a cute porch out front and is surrounded with greenery and a family orchard which provides fresh fruits for the complimentary breakfast. Although the bath could use updating, it was quite clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The bungalow was clean. The staff were friendly and even arranged transportation to our next destination, Khao Kho. I would stay here again if we return.

Great value for money”
We booked a room at Baan Saranya to visit the Khao Yai National park. The location is very convenient, the facilities were basic but clean, and with 3 restaurants next door and opposite the street, sufficient choice was available for dinner. I was surprised it only has a 7.5 user rating as we found it an excellent price to value.

But on day 1 I entered bathroom expecting a shampoo. > Hot shower is working well, Air con is working well. Breakfast options: (There are 5 to 6 breakfast sets) I remember only 2 Chicken fried rice + fruits + juice or Sausage + bread butter + salad + beacon

The owner is a friendly lady and she was kind enough to pick us up from Pak Chong as we didn't know how to take the bus and we couldn't find a taxi. The check-in was fast and smooth even though the owner couldn't speak much english. Had the whole place to ourselves as we were the only guest during the 1st two nights of our stay. Breakfast was simple and surprisingly nice. The place is situated with many restaurants around and there's a 7-11 about 3 minutes walk away. Overall, don't expect much and enjoy the quietness. P.S. Birds chirping in the morning could serve as an alarm.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast is really good and you can choose different options (Western and Asian styles). The room could use a little renovation but all you need is still there and working fine. Room also has a porch to sit outside. Location is next to a somewhat big road but very convenient to get to Kao Yai national park and many options for food are very close. No noise from the street in our room. Wifi was mediocre.

check-in was easy, rooms assignment was managed before. there was some lizards (which make annoying sounds) in the room which we didn't like and I couldn't have comfortable sleeping in the room. pet allowed so if you have pet, great choice for you. several options for breakfast order. we requested for "Charcoal Barbecue Grill" which owner provided and we need to just buy Charcoal for us.

Great Location, easy to find”
The properties is located on the main road very close to many well known restaurant, 2-4 mins walk. staff is very friendly, good breakfast. The most disappointing is bed, so HARD bed not comfortable at all for heavy guy, my back really hurt in the morning. If the bed is softer or use spring bed it would be one of the great properties.

New Years in Khao Yai”
We decided to go to Khao Yai for the New Year's Holiday. And of course, prices for all the hotels/resorts were premium price, not everyday. Baan Saranya was more than adequate for our needs. We rented two units. They were 'superior bungalows'. A/C was more than adequate and since we were there to do all day sightseeing, we used the rooms for showering and sleeping. The only real issue, the wireless was terrible, very low signal strength and the first day/night could never connect anywhere on the property. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the resort. It had great variety and the eggs/omelettes were freshly made while you waited. They even had bacon instead of just cheap ham slices and small hotdogs. Their location was next to the Chocolate Factory which was over sold by Trip Advisor, not very interesting. Prices for meals everywhere were fairly high, much like Bangkok.

Perfect location to explore whole Khao Yai”
when you visit Khao yai, it's not just for the KYNP, it has quiet a lot of things to do and explore for instance the winery, bloom, KY exotic zoo, etc etc and this place serves a defect base for 2-3 days to explore it all. the service is unmatched, the owner took personal care of how I arrive and my comfort, as we couldn't find a vehicle he gave me one of his staffs vehicle to go around Khao yai, the room or cottage was perfect had everything one needs, it's a beautiful peaceful place located right on the road still very silent and peaceful. I was even droped back to bus station as I was getting late, the owner goes to any extent to make sure you're comfortable, breakfast is good, they have multiple options. 5 star for everything, there isn't any con at this place just pros.
