Awesome hotel!”
Amazing hotel! Great service, kind people, wonderful salt water pool with gorgeous scenery. The hotel is tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a little neighborhood with clean streets and quiet people. The cute cafe downstairs opens at 6:00, perfect for an early morning cup. The AC works great too. This is of course a perfect night stay before catching the Thon Buri train to Kanchanaburi, and they even gave us a free ride to the station, and complimentary drinks and fruit! I would stay here even if not going to Kanchanaburi, as the service and hotel were both so nice.

Warm and homely”
Well, we felt at home at Baan Suan Prannok, even my 68 years old mum. Cleanliness, thumbs up. The owners are very thoughtful and they try their best to give us the best they could offer. Appreciate that, really. Location wise, we knew where we want to go hence the location was great to us: close to the train station to Kanchanaburi, local market, Mekong river pier (for a cheap and cheerful ferry ride with the locals), Khlong Lad Mayom Floating Market and the Icon Siam!! Highly recommended! Thanks Baan Suan Prannok for the warm hospitality. Keep it up!!

You can find this hotel is worth for your money . Pay cheap but get many facilities especially they have a car service for you to go nearby the place with no charge. And very feel warm at first step you check in with nice staff. I certainly recommend if you come to bangkok around here

Absolutely first class accommodation in the suburbs of Bangkok ”
This property is a real find run by five lovely sisters and their brother. An oasis of loveliness in an otherwise unremarkable part of Bangkok. A few miles from the centre but worth considering. Delightfully simple rooms looking over a lovely swimming pool and sun terrace. Ideal location if you are planning to catch the early train to Kanchiburi which we were. Thonburi station less than a mile away. Can't praise this property enough and fantastic value for money.

Ideal place for staying if you are planning to go from Thonburi station to Kanchanaburi (Nam Tok), hotel staff even arranged our trip to station for free (even though it is just 15min away by foot), clean, comfortable room, they have balcons and pool.

Really nice pool. Quiet area, need to get a grab or taxi to get to tourist areas but not much cost. Much preferred to staying near Khao San road as we previously had. Would definitely come back.

Fantastic family run hotel close to station”
We used the hotel for an overnight stay prior to catching the train from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi as the hotel is less than a kilometer from the Thonburi Railway station. The rooms are new and clean with full kitchen, microwave as well as the normal appliances. The service was brilliant, Nancy went out of her way to help us around, we arrived late (the reception closes at 8pm) but she was there within 5 minutes of us arriving to do the check-in, breakfast was great and she drove us to the train station and ensured that we got the correct tickets at the station. Thank you Nancy and the rest of the family at Baan Suan Prannok Residence.

inside room very clean and quite as it far away from main road, there is a mini table, refrigerator, plate, zing and microwave that convenience to eat inside. I think if possible the hotel should provide more item of toilet kits and hair dryer just beside of Sampoo, shower gel. it is not difficult to get public transportation like rental motorbike, taxi, bus or boat. easy access to many food shop around next to Thonburi hospital, the most satisfy is breakfast which served Thai dish with good test (cook in open kitchen), i will come back gain next time

Baan Suan Prannok Residence amazing. The entire place was spotless, the pool was very impressive and super clean, the staff were super friendly, the breakfast that was included was amazing as well and you can just tell the amount of care that was put into everything. I actually found myself missing this place as I travelled to different area's of Thailand. Honestly I give it 5/5 and I would book again in a heartbeat if I found myself back in Bangkok again. The only thing was the location wasn't super close to the touristy places, expect to spend about 70-100 baht in a taxi getting to the busier areas. Also free wifi in public areas only, you can pay to have room wifi but I didn't opt for it so I'm not sure how much that would be.

First off, the hosts were the best --- very friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times! Next, room is very big for the price, cleanliness is superb. It was also a nice escape from the busy life in the city; it is a bit distant to all the tourist spots in the city but I guess it had been its asset for me. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK HERE! <3

Pros: tranquil, great swimming pool, good room, clean. Thai breakfast was good, and the staff were freindly. Good value Cons:. Not the best location for seeing the sites of Bangkok. Not easy for public transport. No dining facilities or bar for a beer (excepting breakfast) I will certainly go back

Extremely friendly, beautiful spacious apartments”
We stayed here for my girlfriends birthday, the host was extremely friendly (almost too much ;)). The apartment was huge and the only place around at the time that had a pool. The pool area is great with lots of plants, and the way the building is set up you are saved from the noise of traffic. This is also in walking distance to a lot of markets and great food places. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and would love to stay again!

Exceptional stay, but beds extremely hard”
It's very new and clean object with good breakfast and very nice staff, but if somebody is looking for comfortable bed - it's not good place for him. Hotel's staff was trying to do the best for me with my bed, but it didn't help my muscles to get relaxed and feel asleep. Finally I bought foam mattress in supermarket and put on the bed because I've been staying there for 4 nights and reservation was already paid.
