The room has 2 floor and near the small river. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but will make you full. Need to have personal car to travel here. Only 20-30 min drive to Oh Poi Market. The morning market which full of traditional food.

We enjoyed our stay but...”
We liked staying here. We had a beautiful view from our house. The room was big, nice bed. The only downsides were the mosquitos in the bathroom and the breakfast. Despite the screens on the windows in the bathroom, I swatted about twenty mosquitoes the first evening. I still wonder how those bastards got in. If you plan to spend the night here, you should bring a can of mosquito spray. The breakfast was so so. If you hate rice, and after living in Thailand for years, you hate watery soup with rice as well, then there was little left of breakfast. 2 miniature slices of bread with fried egg. And if you ask for some extras, each extra 2 miniature slices with bread and egg turns out to cost 100 baht extra.

The room is very small and starting to get old. The toilet was not flushing well and not fix yet. The area is quiet and very nice. Breakfast is big and good.

Unique villas, nice tranquil surroundings”
Each chalet had a unique style. Our room layout was very unusual - it was actually a family room, with two beds, one on the 1st floor and another on the floor above. Going up to the second floor was a little nerve wracking, especially with young children as it's a loft and the walkway is made from wood and looks like it can't carry a large load. At 3000 Baht a night I felt it was somewhat overpriced, especially considering breakfast was rather basic (Thai rice porridge and Thai style American breakfast consisting of sunny side up eggs, ham and sausage plus a small side of sliced tomato and cucumber plus the usual toast + marmalade and instant tea/coffee/milo). Not sure whether this was because we stayed during Chinese New Year and it was a weekend to boot. There was a nice sitting area next to the river behind the hotel, though no pool. I'd probably stay again in one of the other rooms, provided I'm paying 1500-1800 Baht a night, which is what I think it's worth. The staff were great. Every single one was friendly and helpful. The location offers easy access to the Khao Krajom viewpoint along the Myanmar border, which is well known among 4x4 enthusiasts. It's also an easy 30 minute drive south of the Alpaca Hill farm and only about 80-90 mins drive from Kanchanaburi.

Serene river behind the estate and very nice staff.. only issue is no shops nearby. However there is a dinner restaurant abt 5-10mins walk away. Room is nice and cosy and they serve a hearty breakfast!

Got a garden view room, spacious with 1 large bed and 1 small bed. The room has a refrigerator and a hairdryer. The water pressure is good and the bathroom is spacious. There is a stream behind the resort, the water is strong and deep, not suitable for swimming. But there is a nearby resort where children can play. The atmosphere is nice, great for sitting and enjoying a beer. At night, went to a seafood restaurant about 1 kilometer away. The seafood, shrimp, and fresh squid are delicious. In the morning, went to offer food at the local market, then came back to have hot dog buns and grilled ham. However, the coffee is self-brewed. It would be great if they had 3in1 sachet coffee and added a little orange juice.

The accommodation is very clean, not even a speck of dust. It's a new house located by the river called Chom Thaen House. What I particularly liked and made me want to go back is the excellent service provided by the staff. They helped with the luggage from the car to the accommodation and also from the accommodation to the car when leaving. The breakfast was delicious with rice soup and breakfast set, and you can ask for extra rice. There were also bread, coffee, and drinks available. I'm definitely impressed and will come back again.

The accommodation is very clean with a good atmosphere. There is a cool stream and the staff are very polite. The breakfast is really delicious. I stayed here today and will come back to stay again. I will call to book in advance to get a very affordable price. To get there, drive along the Phu Pha Phung road and it will be on your right-hand side. The road is lined with rubber trees.
