This was our last resort since all the hotels and hostels were fully booked due to our event in SMX. Thankfully I found this listing that can accommodate five people.It wasn’t that near from the venue but it is good enough since we brought a car with us. They had three rooms but only one room was with aircon. Good thing the living has an aircon. Rooms were clean and comfortable to sleep. Restrooms were also clean. They provide you with liquid soap and shampoo. You have to buy your tissue and everything else, good thing the grocery and pharmacy were accessible, just right outside the subdivision. Plus points for the netflix.

The house has 3 rooms, 1 of the rooms doesn’t have AC though. It’s a gated subdivision so you’d feel safe. They also have self check in facility so that’s a good thing. It’s kind of far from the City but it’s recommended if you rented a car. We had a nice 2 night stay here.

Dalawa yung daanan nya, yung isa malapit sa malls, kainan etc. Sa likod naman, yung malapit sa port at medyo malalayo na pasyalan at less traffic kaya pili ka nalang kung san ka lulusot. Maganda yung bahay, malinis at may gamit sa kusina kaya nakakapag luto kami. May minor problems lang pero naayos naman. Yung isang problema sa kuryente muntik nang maging major but it was something na naayos din agad. Ang nagpa disappoint lang talaga sakin yung water refilling station more than 1 hr kaming naghintay from the time na umorder kami so after more than an hour nag followup kami tas ang sinabi matagal pa daw nila ideliver na para bang may balak pa silang pag hintayin kami ng gabi. Anyway, walang kinalaman to sa bahay kaya kung maexperience nyo rin to, sabihan nyo lang si owner. Yung aircon naman kung akala nyo mahina, nasa settings lang yan. Tatlo yung kwarto, yung single bedroom walang aircon pero hindi naman issue kasi may aircon sa sala at higit sa lahat dalawa ang cr. Overall perfect star parin kasi kumportable kami sa bahay. Kung mamamasyal ulit kami sa Negros, dito parin ako mag bobook. Thank you kay sir (owner).

all good really except 1. that smell in the kitchen and sala while the aircon is turned on. they should deodorize the place by spraying air fresheners/ odor remover 2. Sheets appeared used..they don'tsmell fresh and newly washed
