Acceptable”
I had booked a standard double room as per pictures presented on the webiste. However, when i checked in they asked me to stay in a room outside the hotel compound, where safety and security was a concern. Also it was quite far from the main hotel compound. These info were not provided on the website or in the hotel voucher. I ended up arguing with the Manager for about an hour, before he agreed to give me a room in the main compound - that too after paying $5 extra. It was an awful experience. I will never go back to this hotel.

Good”
Don't let the other reviews of Bagan Princess turn you away if you are someone looking to travel to Bagan without spending $100's of dollars on a room. Staff are friendly, and breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are, granted a little dingy and it's not really possible to open your windows because of mosquitos, meaning not too much natural light. The staff gave us early checkin after a long bus ride from Yangon which was nice. The location is good, and you can rent e-bikes nearby. The pool was as blue as the sky when we visited, so unsure why other reviews say otherwise. There's good food nearby, Queen the restaurant next door is a good choice. Wifi existed, but as with most places in Myanmar, not very fast.

Quiet rooms, decent location, unhelpful staff”
We stayed here for a few days this time, and it's not a bad stay. You do get the feeling that the place is run to make money, not be a hospitable place to stay, though. The desk staff are rather unhelpful until you enquire about something that they can charge you for. They have a very basic knowledge of the area, and aren't willing to give you much information - instead suggesting you book one of their guides. Otherwise, nice hot showers and big rooms make it comfortable for the time you are there.

Rooms need renovation ”
Pros- near to many restaurants and accessible to the pagoda sites Cons- rooms are old and need urgent renovations. Be careful that they have a separate building for some rooms

great breakfast, lousy wifi ”
Bed was comfortable, but the location is not great, and the pool was out of order. Breakfast kinda helped but poor wifi was frustrating.

Too expensive for a two star class hotel”
Room was adequate but not cleaned after first night. 30USD for this room was way too high. Shower was either very cold or scalding hot. Breakfast would have been so much better if they had put heaters (burners or candles) under the stainless steel warming pans that they kept the food in....cold poached eggs, cold baked beans, cold fried potatoes, cold everything. Staff were very polite and helpful but i guess their management doesn't know much about running good places to stay.

Superior delux nightmare”
The carpet, the flustrating atmosphere, the old, nearly white towels, the spotty wifi coverage will make your stay memorable. We booked a room for three, and got a room bearly enough for two. We had to upgrade for a more spacious, but equally crappy quality for $20. The hotel staff were totally unhelpful and it almost seemed that they were also visitors to bagan -- ie they were unable to provide basic information. To top everything off, the breakfast was inedible -- the worst in our month long trip. Stay away from this place there are much better options.

Don't get cheated by their photo. They have 2 building. The reception building is not bad with pool”
They have 2 building. One is the reception building with pool. That is not bad they ask for more money to upgrade. The other building is worst than backpacker Inn. Lobby is nice with puppet and bagan feel decoration. Don't get cheated with photos. Dirty, water leakage inside bathroom, moist amd mold on wall. Bad smell. Pillow no cover. Super dirty. Not recommended. Their price is not cheap. And ask for upgrade. Yun Myo Thu and Areindmar hotel nice, clean and great.
