Outstanding receptionist”
Booked room Bahagia Inn from 11/8 to 12/8/2017. Requested late check in. Checking in at Bahagia Hotel at the back row of the shop lot instead of Bahagia Inn facing the main road. Turned out the room was fully booked. Receptionist on duty at night 11/8/2017 was welcoming and gave us std room with no window at Bahagia Hotel. The room 114 was terrible. One of the bath towel was still wet on the bed. And there was filthy underwear in the toilet as well. Too dusty on tv rack. Complained to the receptionist and he changed our room to 117 and gaves us free wifi. Room was clean complete toiletries and plus with window and a lil bit bigger. Cant remember his name but he looks alike with Mat Luthfi the youtuber and sounds local(kedah). Very recommended.

Superb Budget Hotel”
Initially I booked for Bahagia Inn, but being upgraded to Bahagia Hotel. Both are actually under the same company and located nearer to each other. I expect to have basic room facility only, but to my surprise, it was more than what I expect. The room is equip with hair dryer, tooth paste and tooth brush...also the house keeping will clean your room on daily basis without asking them...it is value for money and will surely stay at this hotel when I come back to Langkawi...

room is clean and with good rain shower facility. walking distance to langkawi parade with supermkt, duty free shops, cinema and restaurants. few eateries nearby too but no wifi in room pose an inconvenience.

Worthwhile ”
We stayed here for few nights and the facilities are highly maintained. If you're looking for a hotel that's affordable with good facilities, say no more, choose this! But if you're looking for a cheaper hotel, this is not it. The room is a bit small as we stuffed 4 persons in a room but luckily the hotel does not impose terms like booking for persons therefore only 2 persons can check-in. No, they don't care how many people of you, it is up to your comfort preference. Location is quite okay as it's near to some cafe and fast foods, store and all that. Stuffs were quite helpful. A good stay.

Good facilities but Thorough Cleaning needed”
Good shower but bathroom really needs thorough cleaning as has much mold at corners and sides of floor and sink, coffee/tea amenities, a fair number of cable TV channels but needs retuning for better clarity, very comfortable bed and linens, good air-conditioning but needs thorough cleaning as well. Not very sound proof as from inside of room, can hear every noise outside and from other nearby rooms inside too! But the best advantage of this hotel is its location very closeby to 7-eleven, many food and shopping places.

The room was lovely, only downfall was having no window in the room. The beds were comfortable, room was equipped with free bottled water, tea, coffee and a kettle. AVOID THE LOCATION UNLESS YOU SPEAK THE LANGUAGE. There is absolutely nothing in this area. No beach, no restaurants, no car and scooter rental shops. We had to use uber(cheapest way to get around) to go and collect a scooter just to escape the area!

first arrived, the receptionist(male) was no really helpful, smoking at the staircase outside the inn instead of sitting at the counter. The room was quiet old, toilet, and other facilities need to be improved + renovation needed. will not stay at this place again if i come to langkawi again.

Pros very strategic place if you go food hunting no need to rent car for 2 days of eating the con is i stay 6 days but they only do 1 times of room service even though i remind at the reception but still not doing it very bad room service. And we must change room because of the aircond problem i pay for family room for 4 person and they exchange it for 2 standard room maybe its ok for some type of poeple but for me not cuz i go this trip with group of friends so we want to stay at same room .
