Cozy little hotel”
Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was really helpful and extraordinary nice. The rooms were spacious and very cozy. The bathroom was clean and really nice. They helped us getting a SIM card. Charged a little for that but still less than what we heard from others. Scooters for rent are available. Bicycles for free. They help you book day tours to a small fishing village and other sights nearby. However, you can do that on your own which is much cheaper. All in all it was absolutely great. The food is excellent and I hope the cleanliness and interior will be the same after a few years. If so, I will definitely come back. There is also a nice and cheap restaurant down the road. Nothing special but food is great. Down the road on your right. A little girl is waving ... you can't miss it.

Nice environment ”
We came over during the offpeak season and the street along the hotel was generally quiet and dark past 7pm. We cycled out for dinner anyway, and managed to try out a few restaurants which were all good. The hotel staffs were very friendly and thank you Rosy for getting us a private chauffeur at a reasonable price. The driver drove us around Hoa Lu and Tam Coc, and he patiently waited for us in the car while we explored the areas. Overall, we had a great time at Ninh Binh!

Quiet and quaint out of the hustle and bustle”
An easy ten minute walk to the Pagoda grounds, this was a quaint, little boutique hotel with a pretty pool and nice clean rooms. The staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful and always smiling. The only issue is the hot water - it runs out very quickly for your shower.

Exceptional”
Location is great and very near bai Dinh pagoda. Short distance to other attractions too. Staff service is the best! Consulted them about booking tours and transport before my reservation and they were so responsive and helpful in advising me the best options available. You can rent a bike at a good rate and I couldn’t ride it so they got a driver to send me around too. Definitely great service in all aspects!

Nice hotel”
Nice pool. Good place if you wish to bike, otherwise far from touristic points. There are no taxis, so you have to hire a driver. Not much choice to have dinner outside the hotel and the hotel restaurant is quite expensive. If you can bike long rides, then you can leave early from the hotel, go to touristic spots and manage to come back before night. The rooms are well decorated.

Pros: a few staff speak good English and are willing to help. Breakfast options limited but they'll make to order to accommodate food intolerances. Good AC. Cons: location is quite far from decent restaurants, boat ride etc. Noisy. The "gym" is a joke - treadmill covered in dust and kept outdoors. Luckily there is a lake nearby for running.

Poor hygiene and noisy piping system ”
The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room wasn’t cleaned well. The smell was terrible. There were urine drips on the toilet seat. The toilet didn’t flush well and water pipe made a screeching sound after each flush. One could also hear the screeching water pipe sound from neighboring room.

Tranquility, customer service, great food. Bai Dinh Garden Resort is amazing value for money. Centrally locates to all the local tourist spots. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Fantastic gardens and restaurant to relax and unwind . Highly recommend for couples , families or solo travellers.

Amazing hotel apart from the food”
Beautiful hotel with fantastic luxurious rooms, nice pool and really friendly staff. Walking distance from the Bai Dinh pagoda and 15 min taxi drive away from most other places to visit. The only downside is the food.

I really enjoyed when I was there. The hotel provides nice view and stand at quite place. That made my family feel super relaxed. Hotel staff are so helpful, frindly, nice and kind.
