apartment with the astonishing view

The host stayed up late at night to give us the keys because we had issues with the flight delays and transport as there was taxi strike and they helped us so much by staying awake and giving us the key and also speaking to the driver to us to help us find the location and taking us up. They were also helpful by answering any questions we had about the area and booking a taxi for us to go back to the airport. The bus stop was very close and only had to take one bus to go to the bigger cities. The view was incredible my jaw dropped.

The air conditioning could have been better and also they didn’t have bed sheets for one of the duvets. We had to be quiet in the pool past 10pm and it had restrictions such as no drinking or eating or shouting. There’s also not many shops nearby.

The view from the main bedroom window and patio was stunning. The pool was a nice area. The apartment was well equipped including sun loungers for the pool area. The nearby La Baia restaurant (not related as far as I know) was absolutely fabulous. Thoroughly recommend eating there.

The bins for the rubbish bags are situated across the road, a short drive away.

The view was amazing. You can see the como lake and the different small villages on the mountains and of course also the mountains itselfs.

Nothing special to mention.

The appartment has an amazing view, it was big enough for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). It had everything we needed. The location is great, 5 min drive from a supermarket (Iperial) and 10 min from Menaggio. Watersports just in front of the residence. Jasmina was super friendly and responsive.

The wireless didn't work but we didn't need it much as we were mostly away during the day.

The view

The bathroom door lock handle was not working. Throwing the trash away at the end of the stay was a pain, as the trash bins were not right outside the apartment.

Awesome view of lake and mountains. Spacious living room, two bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location to travel to many different towns on Como lake.

We had to wait for keys and Mr Ahmed doesn't speak English. We had to get rid of garbage on our own on the other side of the road like 6 minutes walk.

Wiew amazing, bed comfortable. Clean, warm. Have dishwasher and oven.

Didn't have kettle and TV wasn't smart TV

Everything was clean and new! The apartment is also well equipped and has a fantastic view from the balcony.

The fact that you had to take you rubbish away yourself and that the host could not be reached within an hour when the power failure occurred.

The apartment is new and very nicely made up, there was a Delonhgi coffee machine which I really appreciated! The view from the living room/kitchen was amazing! We arrived late in the evening when it was dark so when I came out of the bedroom In the morning and saw that view.. WOW! There is a nice pool to use and you have your own pool chairs that you can take it down to the pool. There is table and chairs to eat on the terrace. Few restaurants, cafés around within walking distance. Everywhere is just so picturesque! We had a car so it was easy to go around, not sure how easy it would be if you didn't. Menaggio Ferry terminal was 20 min drive, from where you could catch a ferry to other beautiful towns. Jasmin was very helpful, even gave us directions to the pharmacy where to get our pre-departure tests. All in all was a good experience.

It was missing few simple things like a bin in the bathroom, a towel in the kitchen, there is a pool to use but no pool towels, a washing machine but no washing up capsules. The bedroom is really small. And at night you could here everything people on top were doing. Also, not really private... the terrace in front is for everyone basically just devided by some plants, anyone can walk in front of your top to bottom windows, so in the morning better make sure you have some clothes on. There are blinds but then you will have no view that you actually rented this apartment for.

Great place - a beautiful view, right on the lake, close to the beach, nice and helpful hosts. Actually almost everything what you need. Almost... because there were two rasps that came out after the payment.

1. We decided on this accommodation because of the air conditioning, which... it wasn't. Only fans :-( 2. Short reception time. If you delay, you have to pay extra. We had known about after payment.

It was very easy to get to all of the quaint towns along Lake Como. It is very near the ferry which was nice. The views were gorgeous of the lake. We would like to return when the weather is warmer and the pool is open.

It was a bit difficult to find the property to check in. The address on the GPS did not take us to the site but a restaurant across the street. I was able to text on WhatsApp but the person did not speak English so communication was a bit difficult. But we eventually linked up and it all worked out.

Very well organised arrival and key handover. Very clean and relatively premises. Quiet setting. Good places to visit in easy reach. 7-day supermarkets within 10 minutes drive. Ferry to Bellagio, short drive to Villa Charlotta, or round-the-lake trip ... all easy to achieve. Some pleasant local restaurants with good menus choices.

On the main Street with no pathway to walk. One would need a car to venture outside. Very few restaurants near by.

The phone number provided was not working and house to find was a bit difficult as the location mentioned gets you somewhere else near by and its a bit time taking to find the house.

The view from property was good, could see lake Como. The Pool was close to the apartment.

The accommodation has been neglected and was dirty - marks on the walls, curtains, towels, the shower was dirty, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes (no dish cloth) the bathroom was full of hairs, the garden was overgrown and there is limited to no parking facilities. The property advertised that the apartment can sleep four persons - two using a sofa bed. If the sofa bed is used as in our case, access to the apartment is limited (dangerous in the event of an emergency)
