The best hotel in Phnom Penh ”
Amazing hotel, it's a peaceful oasis in the centre of a bustling city. I've stayed in most room types. I liked the garden room particularly as it's even more peaceful. Staff and the hotel are great with families. Both on-site restaurants are amazing. The rooftop bar could be open a little later and be better stocked as many items were out of stock but there's an amazing rooftop bar in the building nextdoor. Staff at the rooftop bar are great though and it's great with the live accoustic music from 5-9pm. The breakfast buffet has a great variety. Lots of thought has been put into the design of the hotel. I'll be back on my next trip to Phnom Penh.

Beautiful hotel in the middle Phnom Penh”
The minute you step into the lobby, you feel like you're in another world. Serene, peaceful and bright. The two pools offered were amazing and had great service at both. We also had a private plunge pool outside our room and that was so nice to decompress in after a full day of site seeing. The rooms are big, and clean. The coffee bar in the lobby was so handy to have in the AM when you didn't feel like having a full meal yet. And the buffet upstairs was delicious. The staff was AMAZING in helping us exchange money, arrange spa appointments and for answer all of our questions. We took full advantage of the spa and loved our treatment. If we ever come back, we'll definitely be staying here again.

Excellent!!!”
The staff made everything so incredibly easy for our stay! We were arriving late from the airport and I requested via text that they turn on the AC in my room so that it would be cold, and they did! We also decided to extend our stay one night, I requested over text and they set everything up without a hassle. The room was clean, cold, and the facilities were so pleasant. The only negative thing I have to report is that I sent out a smallish bag of laundry to be cleaned and when it came back the bill was $43. It is sort of my fault because they have a price sheet in the room, I just neglected to look at it before sending the laundry out. Overall though our stay was wonderful. 10/10 would stay there again!

Excellent Experience”
Beautiful hotel, pools are fantastic, very relaxing place; kind and attentive staff. I give 5 stars with one huge caveat and the only con is a major one: the internet service. As much as I want to say I would 10/10 stay here again, this has caused significant issues for me. I caution remote workers or those who need reliable access to the internet to consider a different hotel. Note: this is not a signal issue. I have had full signal and a strong connection to the router/access point all throughout the hotel. I have not had this problem at other hotels in Phnom Penh (ie it is not the ISP).

Lovely customer service. Everyone was smiling and helpful. They got us a private driver for tours and for going to siem reap after. The area were very clean. Good location. Great pool! (Jacuzzi wasn't really a jacuzzi...just cold water with bubbles). But that wasn't a bother. They had great breakfast and good drink deals throughout the week. Gym and spa with great massages. Overall wonderful stay.

Oasis in the city”
I would love to say don’t book this place, only to keep it a secret. It’s a simply fantastic hotel, from arrival to departure it was amazing. All staff, room (garden suite), rooftop bar and breakfast were all five star. Will definitely stay there again.

Best hotel so far”
I have been travelling to PP for over 20 years now, so far this is the best all-around hotel I have stayed in. Price, location, rooms, cleanliness, staff, this place has rated best in all categories. I strongly suggest his hotel for any type of traveler. My only regret was I did not have time to try the hotel spa, which looked really well appointed and for sure great service. Definitely, 1000% will stay here again. I am aware they were fully booked when i was checking out, so pls book early

Centrally located, breakfast is impressive and lots of menu to choose from. Also, the interior design both inside and outside creates a relax and country, forest experience while being in the middle of the city. Parking lot is also available with security.

Loved my stay. My day didnt start great as my airline lost my luggage on my arrival and there was problem with room i booked.. but staffs working there managed it nicely in timely manner and I was happy with the way Team baitong managed issues .. i will be coming back before i return home from my travel…

We stayed here with our 13 year old son. The family room was great. It has a seperate living area with a couch big enough for him to sleep on. The pool area was great for relaxing or playing catch with our son.

Baitong is such a Oasis!”
I stayed at Baitong Hotel for 12 days while visiting friends in Phnom Phen. The staff here is so friendly and very accommodating. The roof top is a great place to grab a drink after a long day in the city. The Bodia spa is always a amazing experience. If you are looking for something central in BKK1 look no further than this retreat. I will be back! Thank you Baitong!

Great hotel in Phnom Penh in my favourite area. About 10 min tuk tuk to the river which is great if you don’t like staying in the grunge area. Quality comfortable beds. Great shower. Good breakfast. Great restaurants terrazzo Italian, Pacau and dig us for meat. Plus plenty of others sushi Mexican also Starbucks coffee club and browns within a couple of blocks

My wife and I had a night away from our kids to celebrate her birthday. Baitong was a great experience for us. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were clean and modern. We had a great time and will be back. Probably with the fam next time.
