when i was checkout bell boys are not willing to arrange meter taxi because they get money from the
if the guest is disable very difficult this hotel because so many stairs in front of this hotel, and sometimes buffet is at 78th floor we have to walk from 77 th floor to 78 floor,

A little cosy get away for a nice holiday . A very pleasant n enjoyable stay 😊
Pro - a very decent hotel to stay , easy to reach the hotel , the hotel place is Full of amenities around , food is good, staffs are very nice , helpful, smiles. Do try the Buffet at least 1 time in the high view environment to enjoy the moment. The revolving Level is a great experience to see the whole BKK 👍 Con- not so morden room, that all. I really enjoy the whole 5 days stay.

High Floor, clean and near platinum mall and alot of places in bkk This is a good place to stay. Staff wasnt so friendly at the counter when the queue is long. Stone face and reluctant to reply question when asked. Mandarin translator at the counter was very friendly thou.

Location not bad; Value for Money
Location consider not bad. Value for money. Aircon is cold even we set it to low fan and 25 degree. Room is big, however, the sofa we had has stained on it and hair dryer is filled with dust in it. Facilities nothing much. The sky bar nothing interesting - kinda bored. We just went up to see the view and that's it.
