"Looks like there is a system error on their side. They were not able to saw my reservation and looks like all rooms were booked already. They temporarily transferred us to a not so good hotel. They told us that they will transfer us to another room the next day at 12nn. But we are travelling the next day so we went there and left our keys because they told us that they will be the one who will transfer our bags. After 1 tiring day, we went to their office and expected to have a better room but to our surprise, the manager, transferred us to the nearest condo which is more than what we paid for. I know it is our right to utilise all the appliances there but we tried to minimise them, we don’t want to leave a bad impres"

"My stay was very pleasant. Gorgeous view from when you wake up in the morning, and peek outside the window of your bedroom. The place is nice and quaint, just the way you want it to be for a much-deserved R&R. Every one of the 4 floors has a spacious, clean, well-lit, and fully furnished common area with a kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, gas range, cupboards, etc. The place is about 6kms away from the main road (Palispis Drive) into Bakakeng Drive. Guests and travelers who favor night life and easy access to stores and the mall may find this quite a turn off as you would have to get through the ups and downs of the hilly subdivision where Arc Residences is located. "The host was really nice and very accomodating, we've got lots of inquiries and he patiently answered each of it. The place was clean and organized with complete amenities. It is also accessible as it would only take you a jeepney to go to the Plaza, which is (at least we think) the center of the tourist attractions in Baguio City. Price was really a steal for an accomodation like this. So yea, 5 stars and will absolutely recommend! Thanks very much to the host for a very wonderful stay at your place! 🍃"
