Good location, just ignore the homeless and dirty people near Luz Station. Clean and fits our needs. Kitchen is big enough and sufficient enough for everyone. Secured entry on the main door. There is a police station few doors away.

Near Luz Station”
It is your typical hostel. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is sufficient. Location is good in terms of transportation as it is near Luz Metro(subway) and CPTM (train)station. I believe airport express bus is also nearby. The surroundings (not the hotel itself) are full of homeless people and you won't feel safe at night. Other than that it is recommended.

Okay for short stay but very noisy!”
Balcony hostel hotel is conveniently located right next to Luz station making it easy to get around the city. The area itself is a bit sketchy, especially at night. The staff were friendly and happy to help with any questions. The hostel was clean, rooms were small but perfect for a couple of nights. The noise from the main road right outside was really bad, not good if you are a light sleeper!

Mostly fine. And it is a hostel so you should not really expect too much. The only problem is that the hostel is close to a dangerous neighborhood. If you have a mobile phone connection, it would be fine because you can use Uber. Otherwise... it will be a little bit tricky.

Caso você queira só um hotel para dormir perto do trem/metrô, esse é ótimo! Único problema é que não pode fazer barulho e alguns hóspedes são bem chatos com isso. Mas fora isso não teve nada o que reclamar...
