I left my daughter's swimming suit in the balcony (the swimming suit was wet and it couldnot be dropped or blown away out of the balcony) without being recognized that the swimming suit was not in the suitcase). But when I called backed the hotel for the missing swimming suit after 3 days, the staff noticed that they couldn't find it?!

I booked a king family studio room for 4 adults and 1 kid (5 years old). When we came they offered me 2 single rooms but I said no I just want my booking room. Then they gave me a room with 2 queen beds and very small, it was not a room that I booked. I asked them again “I want the room I already booked, please” and they changed us to a room with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa. I was tired after long trip so I don’t want to ask them more. Then Ok we stayed in that room. But we got another problem. Water shower system had problem, it was super hot even I changed to cold. Asking for help and they tried to fix 4 times but couldn’t. Asking to change room because we couldn’t take a shower but they said NO. That was a nightmare, my brother slept on the sofa, my mom, sister, daughter and I slept on a same bed. Fraud, fake. We paid, not free so don’t treat customers like that.

I have stayed in many 3-star hotels before and this was my first time at the Balcony Nha Trang and it’s an absolutely wonderful hotel, more than what I expected. All staff are polite, friendly, very helpful and they always have a smile on their face. The daily buffet breakfast has multiple choices of Asian and Western food and the dishes are changed everyday (my family really loved the Vietnamese traditional food area). Swimming pool is fantastic with an amazing sea view and wonderful rooftop bar nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking for more than 3 star standard.

Perfect! All of the Hotel staff members, from My at reception who greeted us with a smile and cool drink, good food & service in the restaurants, were always there to offer their help and make our stay exceptional. The rooms very nice, were bright, spacious and comfortable. The pool was spectacular and the perfect temperature. Our stay was short but will definitely return for a longer stay and highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Enjoyed our stay but need some improvements”
It's a fairly new hotel so understand they are working through some of the challenges. For the price it was good/excellent value. The rooms were good. Good beds, excellent bathrooms. Very clean. However the door to the bathroom looks directly towards the beds which we didn't like, so we had to keep the door shut. The ocean view rooms were not facing directly towards the ocean but still had a decent view of the ocean. There are only two elevators and were very slow. You could hear noise everywhere. Between bedroom walls, from hallway to bedroom and the lobby was extremely loud. There were many things stored in the stairs, sometimes even obstructing easy passage, which would be bad if there was a fire. The breakfast was very unusual, very strange breakfast foods (not western, not fully asian, not european). I liked the location as I don't really need to be in city centre, just need to be close to the beach. The staff were helpful, friendly and spoke good English. I don't know if I would stay here again as there are many choices in Nha Trang but it did the job.

overall 8/10 breakfast was arite, not fantastic but okay location wise alittle off, further down from tt main attractions. but its quiet and nearer to vin pearl island got its balcony with sea view love tt bathroom , with see through mirror to tt room clean n friendly hotel staff n rooftop swimming pool.

A newly built hotel is just 2 minutes to the beach. Staff are helpful and always smile with my requests. My room is large and with a nice balcony where i can enjoy the great sea view. I am happy with my stay here and will book the hotel again. Recommended!

This is my second stay in this hotel. Good location, cross the road, is the beach. Down stair got mini market, restaurant, massage shop and etc. Hotel is clean and balcony has a nice view(seaview). Breakfast is unique and nice. Staffs very friendly.

I reached Hotel 5am , i was request early higher floor but they didnt arrange also bathroom bathtub water licking no one fix it. specially who worked night time dont care what ever request. A very nice hotel but the location depends on people”
the hotel is well equiped with a swimming pool. Room was clean and good with amazing Ocean view and it wasn't noisy. But we found out we had to either walk for a bit long or take a taxi to hang out. It really depends on people that whether it is a good location or not. It is near the beach (where it is clean and not crowded!) but a bit far from busy street.
