Bit of a shock”
Upon arrival to find that the room had no hot water and no refrigerator was a big shock. The resort is old and in need of maintenance but the ladies working there were an absolute delight. We were there for a family function and finding out we were charged 70 peso per visitor was also a bit of a surprise but all in all the bed was comfy the aircon worked

We stayed only 2 nights out of 4, it was our honeymoon. The pool was dirty and unusable. The spa was broken. It took the staff 3 attempts to find a room that the shower worked.The television didn’t work.The ceiling had leaked and had water stains.No emergency procedures in case of fire.No security on gate, and one could walk in (and did) The sockets in the communal areas we rusty and unsafe, the shower at the pool side was broken.AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF AGODA AFTER SEEING THE PICTURES DIDN’T REFUND OUR MONEY.

JUST DON'T GO HERE! ”
A complete and total disappointment! The place that offers cable TV, WiFi, sauna, hot tub, bath tub and other amenities had NONE of those! We arrived around noon and couldn't find an owner or manager to talk to or pay our bill. Every time we'd complain we were simply told, "Wait." I told staff, "Nothing is as advertised and nothing works, no TV and no WiFi, even the cold water shower is broken." At 7PM I told staff again of the shortcomings and our disappointment and was again told that their was nobody there to complain too. I told them, "Fine , we'll just leave now then and it will be like we were never here." Miraculously, within minutes phone calls were made, my bill was prepared, ( our family of five was charged for a group of 12). I paid our outrageous bill, 8,000 pesos, for a box with a bed and we left ASAP! A total ripoff who's listing should be removed from Agoda's listings.

In need of TLC”
Probably a very fine resort when first built, but in need of a lot of upgrading and care just to bring it up to a standard even for local tourism, let alone international visitors. The rooms are small, there are no facilities for luggage. They rely on insect nets over 4-poster beds that do not provide full protection against mosquitoes The shower area is very dirty, THe plumbing smelled of sewer gas and despite repeated attempts the water did not work, resulting in 4 days of cold showers. Breakfast was usually left over Filipino food, with instant coffee brought your veranda, where you ate in amongst the mosquitoes. Power supply was constantly interrupted, with the hotels generators not sufficient to allow the operation of the AC unit, which only worked a 50% efficiency even with full power The only redeeming feature was the kind and helpful staff, that did everything they could to make the best of a bad lot. The rooms and the resort have the potential to be really nice, but there was no food, no drink, no wifi, no spa pretty much just a bed if your a survivalist this resort would be perfect. Take fishing rods and hunting equipment, you will love it.

I loved every minute of my stay here, a beautiful location in a peaceful setting. Some areas needed a bit of updating but this did not detract from the tranquility of the place. A fantastic pool for adults and children plus kids play area.....I was comfortable letting the children explore on their own as it was a very safe environment and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. My only criticism was the lack of a proper menu.....having said that on second day we were asked what we would like and it was sourced and cooked especially for us....and was very good value.. I would definitely recommend staying here and intend to return next time I am in Philipinnes .

Wir haben das Hotel gleich nach der Ankunft wieder verlassen. - die vorgeschlagenen Zimmer stanken nach Kanalisation (gemäss Hotelpersonal wegen Schäden in den unterirdischen Leitungen - es stand auf dem ganzen Areal keine Internetverbindung zur Verfügung (gemäss Hotelpersonal weil die WIFI-Anlage seit dem letzten Taifun nie repariert wurde.

Bali Beach Resort är utmärkt om man vill uppleva uppleva Filippinerna utan turism.Att bo i bungalow med uteplats ger en viss frihetskänsla.stranden i anslutning till hotelet var kanske inte den bästa men bara 5min promenad finns det mycket fina stränder.personalen var mycket trevlig och ordnade alltid den mat man var sugen på.Detta år en plats vi kommer att besöka igen.
