    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bali Residence by Heystay Management for a short getaway, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! First and foremost, the facilities at the residence were absolutely top-notch. Everything was well-maintained and clean, making us feel right at home. The apartment we stayed in was a cozy one-bedroom unit, which was just perfect for our group of three adults and one child. The layout was thoughtfully designed, providing ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. One of the highlights of our stay was the location. Bali Residence is conveniently situated near several popular tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the area without any hassle. We were able to visit various sites and return to our comfortable apartment with ease, maximizing our time in this beautiful destination. We stayed for just 2 days and 1 night, but it felt like a mini-vacation that we will cherish for a long time. The ambiance of the residence, combined with the excellent amenities, made our stay enjoyable and memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Bali Residence by Heystay Management for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bali. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

    “Pleasent mothers day Staycation!!”

    I stayed in a studio suite with my family of six. The room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with a full-size fridge, washing machine, microwave, TV with a TV box, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. We reported a leaking toilet pipe, and the staff quickly sent a technician and arranged a replacement. However, the extra bed had some stains, despite the bedsheets provided, and it would have been better if blankets were supplied for it. Overall, we had a great stay and will return soon.

    “Fantastic Stay In Melaka!”

    Bali Residence in Melaka exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptional. The facilities were top-natch, including the beautiful view, spacious rooms, and well-maintained bathrooms. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property. Additionally, parking was so convenient, and we had a restful night's sleep. Overall, a highly recommended place for a wonderful gateway!

    “Exceptional”

    This charming city apartment features a spacious room with four queen beds—two in the bedroom, one bunk bed in the hall, and another upper-level bunk bed. The room includes a fun slide that my kids absolutely loved. The decor and theme were incredibly cool, with our room being space-themed, which added an exciting and unique touch to our stay. Cleanliness was impeccable, earning a 5/5 rating, though it would have been more convenient to have additional dustbins as there was only one in the kitchen area. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and offers a sea view. Although the sea is quite far, the view is still amazing. There is also kids pool area at level 7. And also they have small convenience store at level 7 beside the pool area that selling breakfast such as nasi lemak, sandwish, and more.. So dont worry if cant make out to go out for breakfast.. They also offer a few table so u can enjoy your breakfast while waiting for kids Overall, it was a fantastic stay for our family.
