quiet escape”

As a quiet escape we enjoyed our time at the villas. The staff were friendly but very few can speak English. We had to use Google translate all the time. Often they did not service the rooms carefully each day - forgot to change towels, cleaning was minimal. We had a lot of facility problems - no filter on the pool, lights not working, bulbs blown, leaking hoses, cracked and peeling walls, etc. The place could do with a really good overhaul to bring it back up to its more glorious standards. We had paid for breakfast but most days that was extremely oily eggs, or a bowl of nasi goreng, and at the start they gave us a plate of fruit also but that stopped midway through our stay. The location was quiet and restful. The rooms are basic but could do with a few easy chairs to relax in. The poolside sofas are hard and the metal frame sticks into your back and legs after a short time. It was a highlight to have your own pool to swim in. We originally stayed in a villa where we caught more sunlight but were moved to a second villa but unfortunately not much sunlight. This had pros and cons to it. Close proximity to great warungs and eateries, good location to start your exploration of the coastline here. We met many friendly locals in businesses as we traveled around and overall a good location to start our travels in this region.

Dirty and not maintained”

Of course foto's on a website are always great but in this case were the foto's takes when the place was new which seems ages ago. Poorly maintained: tiles missing from poor, kitchen falling apart, planks missing from the deck, etc. Also the place was just really dirty: dusta, dirty and sains everywhere. Room also not cleaned during our stay. Breakfast (set, no choice) was ok. Do not go here, there are better places to spend your money.

The Best Luxury Hotel in Tuban”

Its Great Hotel, value with the price we get our personal villa with own small swimming pool. its nice to play with clild in the pool, also for honeymooners. The spacious bedroom with King Size very comfortable. Having American & English Breakfast is not so special though still feel luxury. Fly insect a bit disturbing while eating outdoor at the table. For family travelling to Tuban or just pass by, I recomend this hotel

many facilities not found on common hotels, such as private pool, smart tv, private kitchen, etc. however, the quality are rather lacking, the pool floor is dirty, no cable tv, the tv is pretty small compared to the room size. breakfast served to your room, so we cannot decide our portion and not really matched the definition on the menu.

Bali Rich Villa yang Tidak Rich”

Pengalaman pertama sangat mengecewakan. Wifi mati sjk check in hari pertama dgn alasan yg tidak masuk akal. Di hari ke 2 listrik mati, air mati, dan tidak ada solusi dari pihak Villa. Tidak ada penjelasan dari pihak Manajemen Villa. Sangat2 tidak rekomen menginap disini

Mungkin pada masanya vila ini bagus, banget malah, fasilitas lengkap, ada kamar yg besar besar dgn bed yg besar dan 1 kamar dgn 2 bed single, tiap kamar ada tv walopun chanelnya ga jelas. Tiap kamar Dilengkapi bathroom yg lumayan luas dan air panas. Ada kolam renang, ada meja makan, meja tamu, kitchen set juga. namun sekarang kesannya ga diurus, dan asal asalan, stafnya ga profesional, dapat sarapannya pun nasbung, yaach klo kepepet dan udh cape gpp sih daripada tidur di pombensin ga bisa nyelonjor. Btw... Thanx sudah bisa istirahat sejenak disana.
