Great stay, lovely pool
Great place to stay. Pool is fantastic. Lots of shade around and in pool at various times of day. Loved the deep pool. Food good. Happy hour drink prices not greatest on 25% discount - other hotels give 2 for 1. One key per room is an issue however we were able to obtain a second key eventually. Bathroom is strangely located, open to anyone who enters room. Having to have a ticket for breakfast and carry a little piece of paper for inhouse guest discount an extreme nuisance. Surely if you are staying at resort that should be enough proof. Even just showing room key should have sufficed. Large resort, many rooms. Could be located a long walk from pool, breakfast, etc. choose room wisely. 50% of rooms are second stoey with many steep steps. Great say. All issues settled. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good, value for money
Had a great stay. 1. Staff are very professional and friendly. Prompt response to issues. 2. The resort itself was very clean, but our room had a misfortune of getting salty water in taps. 3. The prices of water sport activities offered inside the resort are little bit on higher side (You can bargain to get it market price or take a small walk towards SOL resort and get their sport services which are cheaper and also can be bargained) Overall, would I come back to same resort again ? Why not ?

A great place at a good price.
We just returned from two weeks at the hotel and I must say that we really enjoyed the hotel overall and would stay there again. The plus's were a good location, friendly and helpful staff, a superb pool bar (always a bonus!), a nice beach, lots of water sports and a general good, overall level of cleanliness. The minus's were 'average' food and a general hum of jet-skis with the watersports. If the hotel got in a really good European/Western chef this place would be tops all round... Overall though a great place and highly recommended!

Very enjoyable!
We stayed 4 nights with our 2 year old daughter and really enjoyed the stay. The staff in the breakfast area are very kind especially the experienced staffs (Rahayu and sorry I didn't ask the other lady's name). We had a few problems during our stay (power outage, bathtub etc). Their action was acceptable and they provided us with alternative room when the outage occurred, which was great. This was the third time we had stayed at this hotel. One thing in my mind is that I wish the reception and some other staffs were as friendly & helpful as the well-experienced staffs. Otherwise, the facility is great and we liked swimming pool a lot. It was also so nice that they celebrated our daughter's 2 year birthday during the breakfast. We did not expect that to happen so really appreciate the surprise and your generosity in general.

Average hotel
Very unhelpful staff - especially compared to other hotels we stayed at where the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Apart from being SUPER UNHELPFUL, hotel was average - when we arrived mini bar had a shelf of mouldy chicken from the previous guests that hadn't been cleared out. Supermarket across the road was also very rude and didn't show all the prices on the expensive items so that customers would buy these items and not realise how much they were paying - after buying they won't refund your money when you check the receipt either.. Beaches were also pretty average - would recommend going to the other side of the island or up to Ubud...... Maybe a good place for families who aren't going to leave the pool areas of the hotel.. Did I mention really UNHELPFUL staff...
