Value for Money”
Gets what you paid for. Place is safe, very accessible to restaurants, terminals, computer shops, market, etc. The only cons were they only have 1 blanket and it is very thin, as well as the bed cover; and also the bowl does not have flush. Overall, for a budget travel this is a pretty good choice.

Only hotel in the town”
1.Very basic, the mattress is wrapped with plastic sheet instead of usual fabric. 2. room is smelly, toilette paper is not included 3. No house keeping service unless you ask 4. weekly rent for P3000,Monthly for 9000 5. 5 minutes walking distance to bus station, supermarket is just opposite 6. WiFi works fast and stable 7. The toilette flushing gadget is broken so that there is no cut-off when the tank is full, which causes another problem: the water is muddy, if you don't turn off the valve and let the water keep flowing, the bowel will become dirty yellow in hours.

Value for money”
This quaint space is ideal if you're just looking for a comfortable sleep. There's nothing fancy and the walls were a little too blunt but the cleanliness of the space (no smell rooms was a turn on) all makes up for it. The staff were accomodating and friendly. Their room service food taste and price are reasonable. Very strategically located in the poblacion, few steps from church and grocery too. However, i wont recommend this place for claustrophobic people as the rooms dont have windows. And do take note that there were only 3 power sockets. One for the tv, ac and exhaust. I ended up unplugging the tv to charge my phone since the one for the exhaust fan is a little high.

Not worth for the Publish Rate...”
Paying for that rate is not worth it. No power outlet in the room. You will have to shot down your TV set and pull the plug if you want to charge for your cellphone. The Flush function of toilet bowl is not functioning. You have to pay P500 deposit if you want to get your room key.

Beware ! Culture shock ahead..”
Being a regular 4 & 5 star traveller this came as a major culture shock. I must state in their defence though that Baliuag is not geared up for tourism in any way, shape or form. Baliuag Dormitory (as the name suggests) is ideal student/low budget traveller lodgings. I am an insulin dependant diabetic and had to resort to purchasing a fridge for my room to store my insulin, also purchased a kettle. There are food and beverages available to purchase on site and on reflection were not of a bad standard. There was an air-con unit but the room was stiflingly hot also no windows. Basically provincial Philippines is much like Vietnam in the 70`s but very friendly. A definite experience for sure one thought I will not forget or repeat !

No windows and toilet paper as payable extra ...”
The rooms have no Windows, but a door through which mosquitos roam the room if you like some natural light and the toilet paper is not included.
