The location is simply perfect, just 3 mins walk from the Tagore Promenade. The apartment is well equipped and has a beautiful view on the Balaton Lake.

The appartment was clean and the location is perfect, the beach, supermarket, shops and bars are close. The best thing was the pool, where everyone could enjoy the hot summer days.
Just the air conditioning could be more effective.

lovely apartment with everything you need for a short stay
there had clearly been a big party before our stay and there was a lot of bags of rubbish and broken glass near the parking area and also some on the steps up to the apartment.

the ac which was listed in the order was not working we called the support phone and the woman on the line said I was wrong and the ax was ok the next day she came back to collect the payment at which point she said she would check the ac and call us back obviously she didn’t. we decided not to come back to the second night. as poor a service as I have ever encountered

Ohne Handy kommt man leider nicht in seine Zimmer. Frühstück ist möglich, aber nur wenn man es selber macht. Kontakt zum Gastgeber nur beim Bezahlen des Restbetrages. Küchenausstattung etwas dürftig.

schönes Haus in guter Lage, Wartung der Dusche müsste besser sein”

Neues, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Klimaanlage ist in der Preisklasse Standard, Pool eher selten. Eine hauseigene Wallbox ist noch ganz selten. Die vorhandene Wallbox hat ein Typ 2 Kabel. Die Nutzung war in 09/21 kostenfrei. Die Chefin ist selten vor Ort, war aber immer tel. erreichbar. Sie spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück des Hotels, verschattet durch Bepflanzung bzw. eine Photovoltaikanlage. Dicht schließende Fenster halten Lärm (Straßenverkehr und heimkehrende Partypeople) draußen.
Personal ist nicht immer vor Ort. Am Tag der Anreise bekommt man eine Mail mit dem QR-Code, der die Zimmertür öffnet. Sicherstellen, dass die zur Buchung verwendete Mail auch auf dem Handy empfangen wird und ein Datenpaket gebucht ist. Hinweis für kor­pu­lente Personen: Der Eingang zur Dusche ist ca. 30 cm breit. Schwachpunkt war die Dusche: Die Düsen des Duschkopfes waren zugesetzt und der Wasserdruck hatte die Trägerplatte der Düsen aus der Halterung gesprengt. Reinigung erfolgte mit einem Zahnstocher aus der Küche. Das Wasser aus der Dusche floss nicht ab. Wir mussten viele Haare aus dem Abfluss entfernen. Meines Erachtens wäre das Aufgabe des Personals gewesen. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich ist in erster Linie 2. Schlafgelegenheit. Man sitzt dort nicht sonderlich bequem.
