The apartments are undergoing some renovation at the well located property. The owners were super helpful and the property is very clean with nice linen. Great views and walking distance to the (Sunday) Ballina Farmers Market. Would stay again.

Fantastic Location”
We had a great 1 night stay in a studio apartment. When I say studio though it was huge! Massive balcony and spectacular water views. It was quiet which was just what we were looking for and close to all local amenities. We had one of the more modern rooms, as I believe some are a little dated. I would definitely stay here again ;)

Superb apartment in great location, friendly staff”
We loved our stay. The staff were super friendly. We arrived after hours and the key was locked away in the exact location as prescribed. The apartment was clean. No daily servicing which was our preference. We were minutes walk to swim in the morning or follow the path to the beach. Designated parking. Reasonable price for the great location. Small number of apartments meant quieter stay which we liked. Will definitely stay again.

Very tired old place,toaster, TV remote didn't work, fan too noisey to use.studio apartment not good value for the cost, dodgey stairs which are not really safe to get to top floor would not recommend.

Pleasantly Surprised”
We had a great time! the staff were really helpful, we checked in on a public holiday and we were a little later than expected and they were really accommodating. the room is incredible, really well appointed, the bathroom is big and there is a big balcony with a view of north wall in Ballina, you can walk down to the beach and its a short drive to Byron but away from all the madness of Byron... We will be back! Thank you!

older building but rooms were clean and tidy and located handily to entertainment and beach. everything you need for a family holiday. some of the stairs are steep.
