I stayed one night at the hotel and must say I was presently surprised. The staff is friendly from the security to the reception. The place was clean and the highlight for me was the breakfast, the chef came to our table and made sure we get the best experience of the food prepared. I would definately stay there again

Check in was effortless, staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant serves the best mixed grill and milkshakes. I didn't like the carpets, but that's just me and the upholstery looked like it needed a bit of cleaning.

When we arrived, there was miscommunication between Peter as he was working night shift and the day shift staff, people who arrived way after us hot their rooms, where as we were even relocated to a room that we were not booked for and didn't expect, though the entire staff through the weekend made it up to us, we were highly treated

breakfast was superb, one thing you must improve is time for serving food your chefs are very slow, I wish they must improve their dishing time, other people have sugar diabetes and they need to eat on time so if there's a delay it affects them, either than that everything is excellent.

Perfect location around all star-attraction facilities align the Golden Mile. Easy access to all amenities without the need for transportation. The only concerns are: a) parking is limited and expensive, b) noise from pub crawlers after mid-night.
