Its a romantic place n nice privacy for a couple treats. Not children friendly.”
The cons are the road from mainroad to the hotel is very lumpy. The rooms are for 2person only. Need to pay for extra person. However i get discount because need to add 1more room for the children. Nice n friendly staff.
Quite and peaceful
Will re visit again”
Romantic Budget Way In Koh Samui”
The villa private pool is nice & beautiful. But the villa its very far away from night market & entertainment place.
Big villa but bad location”
The villa is big but no air condition at the living room.
really nice place”
really good for quiet and relax far from crazy nights north samui only bad point , not easy to find hotel , and have dirt road to access
Quiet and pleasant ”
The rooms were nice but there was no accessible plug sockets for charging electrical items. There was no kettle yet there was tea, coffee and cups! The house keeping were poor, they often forgot to replenish the complimentary drinking water, the bathroom amenities and the hand towels. Reception staff however were nice and friendly
Gorgeous room with a wonderful design”
Gorgeous room with a wonderful design especially for the bath room. Great service by the receptionist and fantastic complimentary breakdast provided by the hotel. Clean & tidy room with a reasonable price. The bad news is, this isn't advisable to those who do not have transportation. There are no dining, beach, night market & entertainment place are near by to this area. You have to rent a car or motorbike and drive at least for 20-30 minutes to get all these. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip in order to escape from the busy & happenning city life style, this is the right choice.
Beautiful hotel lovely staff ”
I came to do yoga at yoga thailand which Is really close by so it was a perfect location for me. The room was lovely with great air con etc. The lizrads hiding on the air con kept me awake a little bit but it was fine. The staff were awesome, they took me to top up my phone and showed me the frogs and lizards. I got s great deal off agoda and I would love to go back!
Good service but poor location”
Renting transport is necessary for this out of the way location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast options were limited, a few a la carte options rather than the usual breakfast buffet. This hotel was a little expensive all things considered. Rooms were a little smaller than ideal, for example the wardrobe doors would only swing open half way before hitting the coffee table. I don't think I would return to this particular hotel.
A quiet retret”
it was our first trip to samui, and we decided to stay away from the crowd or posh resorts. this residence is neat and away from the main road, which gives the tranquility we look forward to. the restaurant is superb -- excellent thai & fusion cuisine and very reasonable priced. the only drawback is that it is away from the beach and main attractions on the island.
Bad location, bad wifi, expensive,”
Stay away. Hotel is in the middel of nowhere. Everything at the hotel is expensive from transport to food. Also if you get stains on your sheets or towels you have to pay for new ones. Wifi is so bad and is so expensive. 400 baht for one day is a joke. Only good thing to say is that the rooms are nice.
Nice hotel with very friendly staff”
It s a nice place to be by your own, but a little far away from everything means restaurants and beaches. There is a possibility to rent a scooter for day, makes things easyer. The staff is very friendly and have a good sense of hospitality. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Dislikes: expensive laundry service and spa, no shower curtains, no fresh juice for breakfast, gym was not in a good shape
Nice hotel, nice service but far from the beach!”
i went to koh samui to do a yogi detox program at the samahita yoga-thailand and since they were full, they reccomended some accomodations options in the area. i chosen ban kao because of the location. when i arrived, which was quite late, a nice lady was waiting for me and escorted me directly to my room, which was lovely. during my stay there were not so many guests staying there and it was even a bit scary in the evening with animals sounds, nothing else, but i guess this is a good point :) they charge for internet in the room but you can access for free in the restaurant. one not very good situation i had there was when i was checking the internet at the restaurant and a foreign lady came, entered the restaurant kitchen, did not even look, greet and didn't look happy, just totally ignore me, it is not nice so i want to share but the thai staff were wonderful. another thing was that they did not have any fresh juice to offer, quite disapointing mainly when you are in thailand.
hotel is o.k.”
its absolutly far away from nearly anything. if you have your own car its fine, besides that i wouldn't recommend going there. also they do have only two nice rooms, the other ones are not good. especially the toilets are far too small.
Its not 4 star”
some of the rooms are nice but some are terrible, especially the badrooms are very very small. The worst thing is that you should pay 400,- Baht for wireless internet!!!
quiet area, internet was 400,- baht per day!!!”
Its very far away from nearyl everything but if you have your own car its o.k.. What I didn't understand is that they charge 400,- baht per day for wireless internet.
Culture carved out of the jungle”
An artistically designed and inclined property set well away from the road and somewhat isolated. We were in a bungalow that was walled off with its own private gate and plunge pool. Well thought out design and promotes privacy. Or parties that dont' interfere with neighbours The bathroom used modern yet practical stone materials for floors and walls, very cool " lions mouth " shower design too. Needs more light by the mirror, hard to see. The rooms were newish and well laid out. There was a chique restaurant easily accessible to all rooms in just seconds. I believe the chef / owner is French so no doubt the food is high point.
Nice charming and peaceful hotel with very friendl”
Location is far away from busy and popular beaches. Better rent a bike to transport otherwise it is not so convenient. Nevertheless, the hotel itself is in a quiet corner where you can really relax. Personally I enjoy their home-style breakfast, especially the coffee.
