Best staff, aged and unmaintained hotel. Too bad had such potential. ”
So much potential on this hotel, too bad it looks like the owner had given upon it. Great staff speacially a lady named Tuktuk she was so kind and helpful. I felt sorry for the staff their understaffed. Location is surrounded by nature with a temple close by. Far away from 7/11 and the city definately need a vehicle.
Nice peaceful place to stay”
Nice, peaceful place with good environment. Good to stay both for one night or longer period. Staffs are quite friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, new, with all needed facilities ie. TV, fridge, with towels. Bed and bed sheet are clean as well. Not too far from the city, just around 5-10 mins. to get there, and there are many tourist attractions nearby.
Recommended hotel in AYUTTHAYA”
i WOULD LIKE TO PREFER OF THIS HOTEL. Staff so nice. Hotel include swimming pool and breakfast. I would like recommend homemade pizza. But if you want to stay in city center , this is not good choice. Quite far from main city center.

Breakfast was good ”
Need more comfortable and clean
Very Thai, Very Happy”
We got the Thai-style hutch right in front of the reception. We did have some issues with water and mosquitoes buzzed maybe too much at some points of the evening. Also, the swimming pool would need deeper cleaning. Other than that, the room (a suite in practice since it comprises the living area outside with seating space) was very pretty with a view that makes you feel in the middle of a forest. The food was exquisite, home made but with all the touches and ingredients required. Staff would be available 24 hours and would offer to help in anything. Parking space was good enough too. All in all we had a great stay and would come back again.
It's a little hard to find. The room was a little worn, but clean, except for left over soap pieces in the shower. Never could get the TV to work. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful, but there may be better choices in the area
excellent service and modern rooms ; swimming poo”
Open relations with the family .They are willing to help you with many travel things.Rooms are spacious. Swimming pool is clean. The food is very Thai. Not easy to find outside os Ayutthaya.Make a call for the best direction. Very good value.
We stayed for 3 nights at the Ban Sabaidee Hotel. The rooms were clean, very large, as was the bathroom. The manageress was able to communicate with us, no problem, and very, very helpful. Although this hotel is 6km out of town, we were driven in by the manager or one of her staff every morning. She also took us out at night to show us some of the ruins under lights and another night to a expo festival. The day of our departure, we were treated in seeing a traditional Thai wedding, which topped off our stay beautifully. The breakfast was freshly cooked every morning, and fresh produce was bought every day from the market by the manager, for her guests dinner. The meals were fabulous. Would definitely go back again. Hello to Yui and Sabaidee.
Friendly family hotel”
To get there wasn't easy as there aren't many road signs towards the hotel. Reception girl very friendly and helpful. Good English. Rooms spacious, clean enough. Bathroom ok. Amenities are minimal but for the price of this hotel one shouldn't expect more. A water cooker to prepare some coffee in the room would be welcome. Swimming pool more than ok, the kids enjoyed it, especially after full days of temples, floating markets and other shopping areas. Only downside: the restaurant. Breakfast was eatable but the restaurant isn't the cleanest we've ever been to. Also too many ants on the buffet to remain attractive. Lunch / dinner a la carte idem dito: eatable and cheap but that sums it up ... All in all good value for money. The manager?/ owner?, reception staff (family daughter?) and F&B manager (family grandfather? F&B sounds too funny if you'd see the restaurant though) are very helpful, willing and friendly and that's probably their biggest asset.
Good value for money and nice pool”
Staff were friendly & welcoming. Room was a good size, clean & comfortable. But ground floor and it overlooked the garden area so we had to close the curtains for changing. We were so glad to use the swimming pool after a full day's sightseeing at the hottest time of the year. Several taxi drivers didn't know where the hotel was so we had to try several drivers. It is a little way out of town, but easy to get to once you know where it is. We hired a motorbike for sightseeing and always made our way back to the hotel with no problems. Breakfast was nice and also very generous. The hotel staff gave us a lift to the train station when we were leaving.
In 15 years of travel to Thailand, this is tops”
My best hotel ever - I wanted to see the old city and I was treated like loyality by all - taken around the city, given meals, advice and just such a special stay - I cannot recomend enough - what lovely people!!!!
Great hotel and best staff”
Where do I start......This place is run by the friendliest, kindest and most helpful manager I've ever met....Yui and her family made me feel more at home than I've ever felt before at any hotel...she invited me to have meals with her and her family, drove me around to all the temples, took me into town on numerous occasions and even took me out to lunch and drove me to get my train when I left. The rooms were extremely clean and very comfortable. Beautiful clean pool and great atmosphere to chill and unwind. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at thanks to Yui.
Good service, quiet location but hard to find”
clean, large rooms with a balcony but without seats. wifi is ok, excellent breakfast (included). family run with some nice people helping them out. i surely would like to come back but you need your own transport.
Lovely hotel with much service”
we had à great time in ajutthaja and the hotel. room perfect, swimmingpool, very helpfull staff, restaurant, drinkend wen we liked etc. the quality and price where oké. the hotel lies 6 km from the city.
Good hotel and lovely staff”
Stayed at the hotel for one night and it was good. The staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and the rooms are fine. The hotel is located outside the city center which was no problem for us as we had out own minibus - it may be a little inconvenient if you do not have your own transportation.
By far the best place ever!”
the hotel is not really in the center, but the staff is superfriendly and helpfull. they drove us around the city all day, organised a boat trip on the canals... the next day we rented a motorbike and did a small tour ourselves. every night they drove us to the city and we had dinner at a nightmarket or in a lovely restaurant. i really can't say this enough, if you go to ayutthaya and want to have a wonderfull time, stay in the ban sabaidee hotel, you wont regret a single moment. thanks again!!!
Simply the best”
After travelling around Asia for three months i was lucky to find this hotel ,it was an oasis for me, the staff are just so helpful, the manageress, well we spent more time together with her driving me (free) to food markets attractions and anything else. the hotel has the cleanest sweet water pool that i have ever been in , add to this that the hotel is just 10 mins outside the city centre and is so peaceful in the evenings....the roads around are quiet and safe to drive , i hired a scooter and was out and about every day .to rate this hotel out of a possible 10 max then it has to be a 15 if possible ....just read the reviews...a home from home ...with good free wi-fi, ideal for Skype ...i could just keep going on ...but until you stay here you will never know what your missing.....will be back for a month next year.
great hotel, a little out of town”
large comfortable rooms. rural environment about 15 minutes from centre of ayuthaya. hotel will take you into ayuthaya, tuk tuk back costs around (february 2012). can walk to 7-11 (room has a fridge), and a few small street food vendors. hotel is quiet and swimming in pool at night is really beautiful, starry skies etc. hotel staff can recommend and organise anything you might want to do during your stay, usually they'll assist with your transport.
Wonderful hotel, very friendly, excellent service”
I will stay here again whenever I am near Authayya. It is a litle remote and you need transport, and not so easy to find, but a jewel when you get there. We would have loved to stay longer but our plans were set to travel elsewhere.
