Awesome view!”
Rarely will you see a hotel that has this view! You will fall in love with it! The facilities are pretty basic though and it is really old!

Above average”
I stayed in this hotel to attend my sister's wedding. The room given to me as an upgrade was totally appalling! As soon as I opened the door, the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. The carpet has stains and ready to rip everywhere. The vanity chair need to be thrown away never to be seen again. It's badly stained and so worn out. I don't know why it's in the room anyway. At least the bed is comfortable. The bathrooms fixtures are all falling apart with wobbly faucets. Mosquitoes at night is the worst enemy of anyone travelling including cockroaches!!!!!! Food menu at the restaurant overly priced and ants are crawling everywhere where the coffee stand is at. Staffs are really nice but because I understand and speaks their dialects, I can hear them gossips and that's a big No! No! From what I remember, this hotel was once a beautiful clean hotel and I'm so disappointed the way this place is slowly falling apart and no one is doing anything about it. I met another tourist from Russia and we shared the same story.

Surprising Welcome”
Arrived to find our name on a banner by the main entrance with all the other guests staying that night. Nice touch. If you want to visit the rice terraces, make sure you go to Batad. Truly amazing.

Simple the best place to stay in Banaue, Ifugao ”
I cannot recommend any other place for families with children traveling and staying in Banaue. Banaue hotel is simply the best place to stay when in Banaue if you are traveling as a family. Compared to what else is available in the area, Banaue Hotel seems like a 5-star hotel. It has spacious parking, good security, spacious rooms, lobby and eating areas. Which, if you have been out the whole day hiking and visiting all the sites of Ifugao really proves valuable after a long day. It is an old building, and the deluxe rooms suffer from the lack of sound-proofing and maintenance, but considering again the choices in the area, this proves to be well above anything else in the area. For families traveling with a vehicle, there simply isn't a better overall choice in Banaue.

Big Space”
Its a big hall that needs to have some other merchant or can be converted to mini mall yo avoid some creepyness and hourly events that can showcase the authentecity of the rice terraces/ native people, can be also used by DENR to educate tourist in the Ifugao for preserving the treasure just like what they are strictly implementing in Mt Pulag.

Location! ”
An old hotel, very big, many rooms. One of the biggest reception lobbies I have ever encountered. When I stayed there were not too many people staying which gave the building a bit of a lonely feel. The room was a good size (deluxe room), with a very nice view over the rice terraces. No air conditioning which I understand most of the year is not required, but when I stayed the fan was not really enough. No TV. I know for some people this is important, but I did not travel to this phenomenonal area with incredible views and walks to watch TV, so that doesn't bother me. Room facilities just OK. Bathroom a bit tired, hot water delivery inconsistent. The guy at reception was great. Gave us all the info on the rice terraces. Where to go, best views etc. Breakfast and dinner in a huge restaurant, with more staff than customers! Breakfast mainly Filipino but does cater minimally for the foreigner. Would stay again as it's the only real hotel in the town.

OVERALL GOOD STAY”
booked 2 rooms .Stayed in a deluxe room ,clean beddings but room a bit dark.light is only at the entrance of room.lampshade not working . Bathroom is okay..only there are ants on the sink. Kudos to the security guard who brought a big cart to put all our bags since we have a lot. Breakfast buffet is okay for me since im not picky.

Good hotel in the middle of the mountains.”
I have nothing but good words for this hotel. Not at par with hotels of Manila but one would not expect to see such hotel and its luxuries in the middle of the mountain. Hot shower was very much adequate considering the very cold place and I was shiverring. I brought my mom here in 2011 and just brought my fiancee this 2017. I would definitely be back and bring my kids here in the future. It seems like a Soviet Era Hotel in the middle of the mountains.
