Good Location
Good Location which is in the heart of city just few minutes walks thru church and old town market. The house is Thai traditional styles, clean and nice ancient decoration. also for the host family is always helpful and friendly with full services.

Most lovely host in Thailand
Easy to find from the cathedral, it's a nice wooden house with big rooms and clean bathroom. Best of all is the lovely couple who runs the guesthouse. They are open to every question you might have and in general it's nice to spend time with them. Water is free and breakfast was included. We traveled as a couple with backpacks.

Exceptional
it is an original thai house with lots of nice, unique decorations, just lovely, it is quiet, the owners are very helpful, explain the food they are preparing for you, so if you want some authentic thai feeling, go there. rooms are ok, fans were ok, no AC. you have to go a few minutes if you want to go the center, or rent a motorbike, you will need one, if you want to visit the countryside

Brilliant
Exceptional in every way. Amazing room - so spacious and homely. Owners are the most lovely people In the four weeks we have been in Thailand - this is one of the most memorable places we have stayed in. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting

Charming homestay
A fabulous homestay very close to the city with a splendorous garden. Didn't expect a place like this just 5min walk to the cathedral. The landlord family is very welcoming! And I enjoyed a wonderful private shuttle to the bus terminal in an oldtimer Jeep! One of my best weekends in Thailand (stayed there three years)...

Charming rustic travel experience
We booked two double rooms, each with an extra 'bed' (floor mattress/bedding for one of the rooms) for 4 adults and two children costing about 1,000 baht per room per night. Excellent value considering the quality of the experience. We were given the whole top floor of the main wooden house - there are about 8-10 rooms spread in the main house and several small wooden old-style chalets and anti-buildings on this 'urban jungle-garden' property. Vintage wooden buildings and internal fittings/decorations make this a travel experience stay, rather than a comfort break. Expect ceiling fans and electric swing floor and wall fans rather than air conditioning. Expect attractive rustic Thai equivalents to wooden poster beds with mosquito nets (and rather hard mattresses), rather than comfortable king size mattresses and low impact mosquitoes. Expect varying local breakfast foods with interesting treats added by a lovely host couple - Poo has excellent English btw - rather than a routine breakfast buffet and employees of varying commitment. Expect higgeldy piggeldy rather than seried ranks of concrete-walled cocoons with functional furnishings. Expect close contact with other travel guests (though we were alone in low season) rather than the anonymity of most accommodation alternatives If you are a cool country person you might struggle (outside of the Nov/Dec/Jan cool season) without air-con and the mosquito relief that also brings, but aficionados who crave a truly Thai experience will not get it in the normal run-of-the mill mansion block and boutique hotels. Excellently located in central Chantaburi. Get up early and walk the cathedral, the old riverside town streets and the central market areas as the town comes to life - unforgettable! For Thais and for expats living here or in the region - as well as the generality of foreign tourists who have 'done' the usual Thailand trail already - it is worth seeking out a weekend or longer to visit the lovely province and cit
