The hotel was an very old building with not enough maintained. The wall is not good painted, the beds was old and too soft. For three stars the bandung permai hotel is very poor.

The location was good , the pool was good, but the free breakfast was minimal & not comparable to other hotels I've stayed in Indonesia recently. Our bathroom had no shower curtain, no bidet hose and no hot water.

Its not the best looking hotel - it looks tired and worn but it was actually not bad value for money. Everything worked and the staff were probably the friendliest and most helpful I have come across recently.

Complain yang Tak Tertangani”
1. Saya harus bersitegang dgn receptionist karena permintaan kamar double menurutkan tdk diterima, setelah saya menunjukkan email dari Hotel Bandung Permai lewat Agoda bahwa permintaan saya disetujui baru mereka memberikan kamar double. 2. Kamar tidak dibersihkan setiap hari, menurutnya jika mau dibersihkan harus meninggalkan pesan 3. Laporan AC bocor sampai lantai banjir 3 kali tehnisi baru datang. dan akan memperbaikan outdoor AC dengan membawa tangga dari dlm kamar. sementara harusnya bisa dilakukan lewat balkon sisi luar kamar. sudah jam 11 dan mengganggu wkt istirahat saya 4. Air panas hanya ada jam 6 - 10 pagi, jam 5 - jam 10 mlm. sementara saya balik diatas jam 10 mlm terus dan ingin mandi, akhirnya selama 2 hari saya tidak mandi mlm 5. Wifi meskipun diberikan password oleh receptionist, tapi tidak dapat terhubung sama sekali 6. Fasilitas megah pada jamannya yaitu tahun 1983, dan belum pernah direnovasi.
