"I think this place is good for a get away from city life but if you only have one or two days to cover the city of Ayutthaya, it is better to stay close to the city. Can't get Grab here and taxi to town will cost 300-500B. With the help of the staff, we booked a full day Tuk-Tuk for 1000B to travel around. There is a very nice and large lotus pond in the compound. We have a room very close to the river and the night boat can produced loud noise. The floating restaurant run by the hotel is really nice but we do not have time to sample the food. The breakfast in the well maintained tropical garden is really superb experience. The bonus of staying here is we visited the Bang Pa In Palace which is on the way to Ayutthaya city temples. One special tips to those landed in Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can come direct to Ayutthaya instead of going to Bangkok as will take the same one hour to come here. The highway link is superv. "
