Cozy,warm & stylish hostel ”
Bangkok bed&bike is without a doubt one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in and the best one I've visited in Bangkok ! Effie and Soda are very kind and caring person , we had such great times here ! The hostel is very stylish and cleanliness , the atmosphere here is very cozy and warm , staff are all so friendly and helpful and the lobb is really a cool place to hang around , we just love every single details here . if you like antiques, design, travelling ,biking ,slow life , that's the place , highly recommend :) During our stay , Effie took us to an anitques market, it was very kind of her to invite us to join , we played Pool game with professional player Soda haha and we also joined the 5hrs nite bike tour , all of these were amazing and made us an unforgettable holidays ! It is really a good way to explore the old town in Bangkok by the bike and the tour guide Peter is a very caring and funny guy , I was very enjoyable of his guided and so happy to have this experience in my life. We would definately stay here again when we visit Bangkok next time.

Hoping to visit again ”
The staff at Bangkok Bed and Bike are very helpful and speak good English, which helps for getting great insights into things to do, restaurants to eat at etc in the surrounding area/s. Our room was very comfortable, the bathrooms were always clean and the general atmosphere of Bangkok Bed and Bike was relaxed and inviting. My partner hired a bike and had a great time cycling around the city, I unfortunately wasn't able t join due to a foot injury and am feeling rather envious. Night bike tours are also available with dinner along the way, and is something I'd definitely like to try out when next in Bangkok.

A lovely oasis in busy Bangkok”
My sister, my Dad and I stayed for a couple of days in this little hostel in the middle of busy and sooty Bangkok. It's was a lovely arriving in a cool lobby with welcoming staff and we immediately felt very welcome. The lobby was a great place to hang out and relax or talk to people and our room suited out needs perfectly. Overall the place was very calm which was a great contrast to the busy streets of Bangkok so it felt like coming back to an oasis at the end of each day. The breakfast buffet was very good and though shower and toilet facilities were shared they were a very high standard, always felt clean, and were never busy so we never felt rushed. Calm music was on in the background so it almost felt like walking around at a spa. The location was great, right in the middle of old Bangkok, and it was in close walking distance to most of the things we wanted to explore. We much preferred this area to the more touristy Sukhumvit, which is where we stayed last time we were in Bangkok. So we would recommend this little place to anyone who is looking for affordable accommodation and a chill and sociable atmosphere. We will definitely come back here if we ever visit Bangkok again.

Very nice”
Just finished a two night stay here. The staff were very helpful - particularly on our first night when I was very unwell (after a long trip and no food for 30 hours...), the staff got me a sugary drinks, some plain food, and lay me down - Bom even gave me a foot massage!! The shared bathrooms were very good - everything you could think of was provided: soaps, cleansing pads, makeup remover, skin cleanser, towels, talcum powder etc... And the room too was comfy and just what we needed after the long trip. Location wise, the hostel was within five minutes walk of wat pho and the grand palace. The flower market was also very close and Chinatown for its street food was also within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here when stopping over in Bangkok.

Simple and clean”
Like : - Location: Just a few minutes walk from SamYot MRT station. The street has a traffic light in every junction. It's easy to walk around in this area. (unlike any other street in Bangkok) -Room is clean (I'm in 6 beds dorm) Common space is clean. -Nice Lobby which provides activities to guests. Dislike: - Towel and blanket are super thin. -Locker which located out of the room is very small. It won't fit your luggage. - Shower pressure is weak. Even you turn on the highest volume. Overall I enjoy staying here. Staffs are nice. Location is superb.

Next time I would choose here again”
We stayed here for 2 nights in the double bed room, and both were very satisfied. The staff were nice and even the cleaning lady respected the customers. The breakfast was also beyond my expectation and I could feel that the owner put lots of thoughts to every single details for design and decoration. The only weaknesses were the painting smell in the room. I guess the whole building is new or newly painted. And it is located about 1km away from Khao San road so it takes about 20mins by walk or 3-5mins by taxi with the basic fare(35-37baht).

Good location for BKK Marathon”
I've booked this place because it is very close to the Grand Palace, the starting and finishing point of Bangkok Marathon. In fact it is. It took me only 5 min. walk. I didn't need to wait for a taxi to go back to hotel at 4am in my stinky running vest! A little disappointmet was the hot water shower. The water was really weak, and even weaker when more than 1 person using at the same time. Not feeling good after a long run. For those who are not interested in running, the location of this hotstel is a bit far from MRT. There is public bus No. 1 stop nearby, but I don't think bus is a good choice for most tourists, esp. those who are new to BKK. Good news is Khao San Road and China Town (Yaowarat) are in walking distance, about 20 min. Convenience stores are not far too. Front desk staffs are really nice and helpful. A lady gave me a small map and introduced the area around. Like.

Exceptional”
The hotel staff was very helpful in guiding us with places around and the logistics of getting there. They were very welcoming and the area was peaceful with selective bars around which were friendly and not noisy at all. The closest metro station is Samyod which is 8-10 mins walking distance. It’s a great place to book if you want to cover places around Chao Phraya (which is 10 mins by walk) and in the night probably take the BTS to any of the night markets.

Lovely interior but noisy room”
The location is relatively good, 15 minutes walk to Kao San road, 15 minutes to flower market. The interior is lovely with good wifi, the staffs were friendly too. One bad thing was as the room we booked was right next to the street and Bangkok is a sleepless city, so it was really noisy as you could hear all the traffics from the street.. The hostel tried to compensate that by providing you ear plugs volantary but I guess not many people would wanna sleep with the ear plugs in their ears everynight.

One of the most underrated hostels in Bangkok! ”
This hostel is everything. It's stylish, the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless, the staff is amazing (they speak fluent English), the free breakfast is abundant, it's a 10 minute walk to the temples, it's one tuk tuk away from Khao San, there are convenience stores nearby, there's a bus station nearby, there's a common room where you can socialize, and the Wi-Fi works! No Complaints! Best hostel I've stayed in so far!

Close to old city. Great helpful staff.”
The staff are great and go out of their way to be very helpful with local knowledge. Rooms are well sized and clean with great air conditioning. We enjoy walking so for us within walking distance to palace and temples. Not so close to rail stations. Pleasant common area with cafe for relaxing or working. Definitely recommended.

Great Hostel ”
Everything was great: The room was nice and clean, the bathrooms nicely done up and also very clean. The Hostel has a great position - the Great Palace, Wat Pho and other sites are quick and easy to approach by foot. Extremely good breakfast and friendly staff! I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Great place”
Perfect lounging area with pool table, and lounging cushions. Great for meeting people. Nice relaxing Zen music playing in the background. Close to Grand Palace/Wat Pho as well as a 25 minute walk to Khao San. Breakfast buffet is great, with fresh fruit, bread and croissants, coffee/tea, yogurt, milk and cereal, simple salad, and a huge selection of cookies. If you book on Agoda though you'll probably have to pay 100 baht extra for the breakfast, but it's worth it. The staff is very chill, as many of them are backpackers volunteering in exchange for accommodation.

Fine, but not great value”
The hostel is nice, very fashionable and peaceful, and good location, but very expensive for a room with a shared bathroom. The men's bathroom was on a different floor from our room, and the men's toilets and showers were also on different floors from each other, which was very annoying. The shower room also did not smell good. The staff weren't great, except for the owner, who was fantastic and very helpful, and answered a lot of questions for us. Bangkok seems to be fairly expensive for accommodation, but I would still say this wasn't great value for money.

Great hostel!”
We really enjoyed our time at the hostel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Modern and tastefully decorated rooms. However watch out if you are checking in past 10pm. There is a charge per hour that they have to wait for you. I wish they would eliminate that rule then this place would be perfect.
