Bangkok Cha-Da Hotel offers guests a variety of recently refurbished rooms. The hotel is located on Ratchadapisek Road near the Huay Kwang subway station. The MRT subway system, which connects with the BTS skytrain, is a 3 minute walk from the hotel allowing guest to travel to most places of interest for both business and leisure in a very short time. The Queen Sirikit Convention Center, Sukhumvit Road, Silom Road, and the weekend market can easily be accessed via the underground system. After a hectic day spent working or sightseeing, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the rooftop outdoor pool. Bangkok Cha-Da Hotel offers excellent value to guests visiting the 'City of Angels'.

My colleague always request this hotel.
Loved the breakfast, simple Thai and Western flavors. The water in the swimming pool looked murky, unlike clear water in other pools I've seen. Please improve the swimming pool area too, which looked old and 'tired'.
Modest but comfortable hotel”
I had three comfortable nights at this property - I arrived a little early but my room was ready and I was able to check-in straight away. The Deluxe room (#1408 on the top floor) was spacious, with a good bed, a strange sofa (I think it can be a small bed for family members) and two desks. There is good lighting for reading in bed, but no lights at the desks. There is also no comfortable armchair - just a rather hard straight-backed desk chair. The mini-bar was full of goodies and complimentary water and coffee were available. The rooftop swimming pool is rather small but I was the only person in it whenever I went for an early morning swim. The hotel is just five minutes' walk fro Huai Khwang MTR subway station and about ten minutes from the Thailand Cultural Centre. The buffet breakfast is excellent
Great stay, a few hiccups but will come again!”
Clean, room service was amazing! Room was big. Breakfast was great but didnt had much variety. Communication was kind of a barrier because of language but managed to overcome it. Wifi though, they will change password every 3 days so please do get from reception. Dont think most tourists know this. We figured it out on the second last day! Overall, thumbs up! Perfect for people who wants simple and close to luxury hotel.
Run down ”
This hotel is one of the oldest hotel i’ve ever stayed in term of infrastructure. Hotel card is quite funny and primitive, can be displayed in the museum I reckoned. Power point is 2-pin only and limited. No iron board provided, ironing and everything is chargeable. Gym room and swimming pool facilities is a joke. With the same price, I can stay in a much better hotel with all the basic facilities provided. Don’t be deceived by the exterior. The only commendable point I can think of is the breakfast. Not gonna stay here again.
Not good value and not in a good area”
Deluxe room certainly not what I’d consider deluxe. Noisy room from traffic on busy road outside. Staff not welcoming and whilst they accommodated us changing rooms due to the noise, we’re quite abrupt and unhelpful. Rooms were tired and in much need of an update. I certainly wouldn’t go back there.
Nice place to stay”
Arrived to hotel before 12pm and staff check me in the room immediately after a little wait for the room to be cleaned. 10mins. to Huaikuang MRT and there's convenient store right beside the hotel. Recommended!
Read a lot of negative comments but decided to try for it myself. We were there for 8 days. Staff were helpful except for this guy on night shift who won't give us his name. Which to me was kind of weird, especially if you are in service line and there are only 2 man working there. Wasn't even to complain it was more for reference as they were supposed to change us to smoking room the next day. Location was good, turn right Huai Hwang turn left Thai Cultural (Mall & night market nearby). We travel to BKK every year and have stayed a Berkley, Furama etc. If like us who pretty only need a place to sleep and shop. This place is good, near metro station, food nearby and helpful staff.
Just only not need to MRT”
The room is nice and clean , just only the bed feel like abut old .
Nice hotel, value of money
Nice and Good
A hotel that lacks facilities but is suitable to stay for a day or two.”
There were no bars or bad businesses around, so it was suitable for staying with the child. It was convenient to use the subway station and the night market and the Siamniramniramit Showground. However, the pool is not used because it is not accessible and very small. The taxi offered by the hotel was very expensive, and the staff was not friendly. The room was clean and quiet.
Near MTR , quite convenient to go anywhere”
What I prefer this hotel is where it is. It is near MTR Huay Kwang, so, it is easy to go to shopping places and other sight seeing places. The size of room is okay but quite old and need to renovate sometime. TV in room is quite small. The Breakfast is okay. Anyway, overall it is good price and worthy if you do not mind for at not much nice and clean hotel.
This os the third time I'd stayed here, I like it cause it's not far from the MRT and easy to het a taxi at the front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and there breakfast is good. If I had to complain, their log in and password for the internet didn't work, which could had been fixed but I chosed not to.
Great Value for money”
Enjoyed our stay at Bangkok Cha-Da. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Initially I felt like the bed was very hard but after a full day of exploring, the hard bed did wonders for my back. Wifi was very weak and didn’t work at times. No carpet in the halls or rooms so it could be quite loud with other guests coming and going. Overall it was a pleasant stay and value for money.
Surprisingly bad ”
The hotel is actually quite terrible for a 4 star. They don't provide an ironing board, the hotel is old, the rooms are old and the toilets are terribe (dirty). To top it off, the service staff at the front desk are always in a bad mood. They didnt even bother when i greeted them with a smile and a chirpy tone. Service bad, cleaniless bad, location is still ok i guess, near to the metro, but with a 10mins walk.
Nice breakfast and near to MRT Station”
The hotel provides good selection of Thai and international buffet breakfast. Location is superb, which is about 5 mins walk to MRT station. The only complain I encounter is the wifi speed, which is extremely slow.
Great location and tasty breakfasts. But Belle boy is not kind and less service response. I have to bring my belonging by my own. Should improve their service and know what is their responsibility.
For the hotel that is near MRT station (walkable) with this price is quite ok. At first we checked in was a bit shock how old the hotel was but then when you get to your room it's actually pretty nice. Pool was dirty and small so I didn't use it. For 1200 a night with this service i'm ok with that.
Stay here several times”
Good value, location at Ratchada area. Walking distance (slightly far but walkable) to mrt, steet food, massage & night market. Has a pool that doesn’t look attractive to swim. Only drawback is it doesn’t have safe in room.
