My friends and I booked two rooms in this hotel. We can say that we had an awesome stay. We really enjoyed the room specially the bathtub and the balcony. All the people working in this hotel are kind and approachable that made our stay special. I would recommend this to my friends and to those who are planning to go to Bangkok. It is near to Ratchaprarop Station (Airport Link), Platinum Fashion Mall and Big C. Also, you may have a difficulty looking for this hotel from the station, so what I did was I used Waze for the directions. This hotel is infront of Hotel de Bangkok. Thank you Bangkok City Link Hotel, my receptionist friend who is always smiling (I forgot to ask her name) and to Kwang for always making sure our room is clean and towels were changed daily. I’m sure I’ll stay here again when we come back to Bangkok.

Amazing Stay! ”
Amazing place to stay! Love the concept of the hotel. Design of lobby and room was beautiful and ambiance was great. Lobby was beautifully designed and had comfortable seating areas where you can half 24 hours of self-service coffee and toasts. There's also a washing machine and a dryer which you can use for a small fee. Room had a nice large soaking bathtub and a balcony with a view of the Baiyoke Sky Hotel. Hotel staff greeted us every morning. They were really friendly, polite, and will always go the extra mile for the hotel guests. Hotel conveniently located around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Pratunam Market. Overall really enjoyed our stay here, hands down one of my best experiences.

Very good in all aspects. The room is spacious and clean. I planned for a birthday surprise and the staffs were very helpful. Thanks to rinee, dream, and pim for your kind help. They really help me a lot on the room decoration (as i bring the items from MY) also on the HALAL cake arrangement. Rinee did borrowed me her instax for us to snap our moment. The halal bakery IG name is bake_brown. She was very helpful and i get fast responds from her. 7-10mins walk to Pratunam night market, platinum fashion mall, central plaza. Overall i have a very good stay.

The hotel’s staff at the reception is very kind and helpful. I checked in early (approx. 10.00 am.) and the room was already prepared for my arrival. All of the staff were nice. The room is clean and the bed is very very soft. The air con is works very well with very cool performance. Everything in the room feels premium. Already booked my second stay at the hotel!

Clean, comfy, spacious & central”
A nice & new hotel in what we felt was a central location. Walking distance to some cafes, restaurants & 7-11. Staff were friendly, and they also have free bag storage b4 or after checkout. The room was very nice & spacious - new & modern style equiped with a good size desk, comfy chair, mini fridge & more. BED WAS SUPER COMFY!!! Bathroom was nice & clean, and had a deep tub which was great for relaxing with a glass of wine! Only awkward thing was showering as theres no curtain so water basically goes everywhere, but this is typical for SE Asia. Lighting was good in the room, although some side lamps would be nice as you only have option of total darkness or bright ceiling light at night. Large & new TV also! Our only complaint was next to our room outside was what appeared to be some dogs in kennels, which some mornings would wake us up barking insistently. Also, we discovered severals days after check out that we very likely left a watch (a rather expensive G-Shock) on the window sill behind the curtain. We talked with hotel & they looked in room & asked housekeeping but unfortunately it was not found nor turned in (could have also been other guest(s) after us) . This was very heartbreaking for us but we cannot blame the hotel. Either way - make sure to not leave anything behind!!!

New and lovely hotel”
Staff were very good..polite and helpful.rooms line hotel all new very clean and well appointed as u would expect for new hotel. bathroom very good sink however tiny and to small...maybe thats just ne but 12 inch sink is crazy..the shower large and lovely..perfecto beds are so nice an comfortable..not hard king size too. tv is all thai except for 4 International news channels..maybe some other tv movies in english would be good .in the lobby there is free coffee but the machine makes coffee that is not hot- just luke warm latte or cappachino--also they have bread to toast but only butter no jam or other spreads .. but theres no knife to butter the toast..these are small things but need to be addressed as they can be fixed easily. Overall a wonderful hotel with good staff..thank you guys for a great stay and friendly kind staff

The bed is super comfortable also the blanket soft and thick. I like how the cost is cheap yet has free coffee,milk 24/7. Th staff are nice especially in the night shift. The bathtub is great noises are hearable but not that loud i always woke up around afternoon XD too much sleep and comfort 💖 love this place!!

1st stay at Bangkok City Link Hotel”
Though the hotel is 3 star, it is clean and the location is good - near to BTS and Airport Railway link which is about 5 minutes away. The hotel provides 24 hours bread and coffee and the staff are friendly and helpful. Just walk about outside the hotel is a restaurant which sells cheap and nice food. We have our dinner at the restaurant for 2 nights. Their fried rice is yummlicious and I highly recommend it. However, there is a slight increase in the price if you choose to sit in the aircon as compared to the roadside - even though the dishes are the same. We love the big bathtub in our room. Only con is that the room does not have wardrobe and there are no hangers provided. Overall, this hotel is value for money.

Perfect 5 star! I stayed here August 7 to 8. The hotel is pretty new. I had no issue. The staff were very accomodating and nice. All my requests were granted with a smile on their faces especially the lady who assisted me during my check in (too bad I could not remember her name). Please give her my BIG thank you! It’s look a new building. Easy to access through public transport (airport rail link) with 5-10min walk and tuk tuk always there. Really convenient. 24 hours bread and coffee provided. Room and toilet is big and clean. Value of money. But since this is a new hotel, no point location in Maps. You need to point Hotel de Bangkok, which is in front of this hotel. And many driver confused with Bangkok City Hotel. So make sure you show the address to the driver first.

Just a few minutes walk from Ratchaprarop station which is on the direct line to Suvarnabhumi Airport BKK (transit from Ratchaprarop to the airport takes roughly only 30 minutes), The rooms are modern and clean and also quiet for its central location and the amenities were quite complete. There's not much more that I could ask for. Very happy with my stay.
