i have stayed at this hotel before, the old staff were very helpful and friendly, cannot say the same about the new staff. the hotel is right at the end of soi 13, and not that easy to get a taxi

Warm dark dirty
Whole hotel too warm. Most of time corridors and stairs in the dark even at night. First room given smelled of sweat, hot, air cond noisy and things in room has stains e.g wall paper and feel dirty and no outside windows. Reception kindly offered me another room slightly better but similar problems. Was told no other room as hotel full. Heard another customer complaining of heat too and asked for room change. Last nite room noisy as a continuous hum was added to inefficient air conditioning. Step of stairs in front of lift had large coffee stains for a few days. Pool was small, dirty looking and murky water. Breakfast was basic and hardly any variation but server was polite. Long walk on mostly busy crowded narrow Soi out to Nans BTS but is lively full of street food with tourist prices.

Dont be fooled by nice pictures. TOTAL DISASTER.
Whilst the building was cool, everything else was a shambles, no wifi for the 4 days i was there, the breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast i've had in Asia after travelling for 7 months, the pool was so cloudy it looked stagnant, and then the staff... I have honestly never met a more incompetent group of people simultaneously employed at the one place. They didn't care and didn't even attempt to fix any problems that continuously arose due to their incompetent management of every facet of the hotels operation.

My uncle stayed here for his treatment in Bumrungrad hospital. It was an easy walk for him. Food choices are not enough around the hotel though

Great Staff sub standard facilities.
My welcome at the hotel was wonderful and I was processed quickly But - the room was exposed to afternoon sun and as there were no curtains or opening windows the room was like an oven,Even with the air conditioner set on 17 it took two hours for the room to cool down, Even then because of the positioning of the air conditioner one side of the bed was comfortable but the other was hot. -the was a dirty rag left in the room even though the room was spotless. Housekeeping was poor as on day 2 we had to contact the office for body lotion and shampoo as the containers in the bathroom had not bee refilled. - there was no spare toilet roll - the internet connection was spasmodic, I could get reception on my phone but not the computer, - the selection of TV channels was extremely limited and on the second morning there was no TV reception and when we tried to contact the office the phone was not working, -breakfast was minimal with virtually no selection at all. - watermelon was the only fruit available. It was only on the second morning that we found out that we could order eggs for breakfast.The coffee supplied by the cup was lukwarm and served without a saucer. - we did not dare use the swimming pool as the water did not look clean -there is a tuk tuk service but on the last morning it was unavailable. Summary Reception outstanding (I felt very sorry fopr the ypoung staff who had to continually say sorry for non working equiptment) Room clean and comfortable Facilities breakfast poor TV selection poor air conditioning poor internet poor telephone poor The hotel has potential and with proper management could be an excellent place. Unfortunately I could not recommend to friends. The management need to apologize to the staff for the embarrassment they cause them whan they have to say sorry for so many malfunctions. air

Decent hotel, Awkward Design
Room is small. Sink is beside the television. Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday. Hotel considered deep inside the "soi/road" there is a tuktuk that drives you to the main road. Convenient location downtown, but inconvenient to the main road.
