We stayed here for 5 weeks! That should say something in itself. Nobody stays in a hotel for that long if the hotel is not really good. The staff made us feel like home, the LOCATION for us was perfect, just across from Emsphere. From there you can go on skywalk to Emquartier, Emporium and BTS Phrom Phong. So very close to everything, 1 stop to Asok, 4 stops to Chidlom, 5 stops to Siam, perfect location but not as crazy busy as Asok for ex. Great swimming poool, small but useful gym. In the lobby hotel has a beautiful pool filled with lotus flowers that they arange and maintain impecably. Fresh lotus flowers all the time. First time I saw how it's done. I had a kind deluxe, beautiful big room, size of a studio. Fridge, kettle, coffee, tea, water. Bath robes, slippers, toiletries, even tooth brushes. Safety box laptop size, important. Flat screen Toshiba smart tv. High percale white cotton sheets. Oh, and the AC was whisper quiet. We felt very comfortable, and the staff was wonderfull. The guys at concierge are a wealth of knowledge, just ask them and they'll sort you out. We highly recommend this hotel.
