Nice hotel, bad location for non Vietnamese.”

The hotel is very nice, clean and new. It is just off the main road, which is good because there is very little noise in the rooms (a common problem with Vietnamese hotels). It is in District 10, very close to Nguyen Tri Phuong Market which is great for sampling local street food. However if you want somewhere that speaks english or has a more standard restaurant setting you will have to take a taxi or motorbike taxi. The staff of the hotel speak absolutely no english, nor do any of the businesses within walking distance. Internet is very fast, but flaky, it often went out for 10-20 minutes throughout the day.

The hotel is located at a one way street. Therefore is not many taxis easily available. Nearby not many food outlets. However if you like Vietnamese coffee easily available. Staff hardly talk english. Majority guests are Vietnamese. Not recommended for foreign tourist

Reasonable Hotel with easy assess to location”

Reasonable location- near to the roads but not near to the shops. Nice is ok but not fantastic. Pic shows there is a Balcony, and Jacuzzzi pool, but room itself there is neither balcony nor Jacuzzi pool. Hotel staff is friendly, but he took a long time to find out booking via Agoda. In fact, initially claim cannot find our booking. However, he offered us a chance to view the room and decide if we want to change room

No food ”

Oh, god. I think this hotel is good for local Vietnamese for stay. Firstly those staffs are bad in English. This hotel is totally no food for provides, even you needs to order form the staffs and they will out t b Uy for you, but the service charges is very high. I had ordered 2 dishes of Vietnamese chicken rice, but the final bills to me. Is cost for dong. So think it your self.

Dirty old budget hotel more for local people ”

Cheap but not hygienic. Very old hotel more suitable for locals. Recent stay found group of Chinese smoking inside the room. Will not book this hotel in my future trip to Saigon. Also to my surprise walk in price is 20% cheaper than Agoda price. This is unacceptable. Agoda must review this with hotel management

Bad location”

It did not show the picture of the hotel location when I book online. It located in the alley with narrow and dirty street. It was not safe to walk out around the area. At least the room was quite all right .

真夜中に別室が騒々しくて眠れなかった”

マッサージサービスも運営しており、恐らくその従業員の休憩部屋として同じフロア（最上階）の1部屋を使っていた。その人たちが真夜中（午前3時）にどんちゃん騒ぎを始めてほとんど眠れなかった。午前３時に間違えて私の部屋をノックしてきたり、大音量で音楽を流したりしたので流石に苦情を言いに行ったら収まった。部屋はそれなりの広さとぼちぼちの清潔感だっただけに残念。

ごく普通のホテルです。路地に入りますので、タクシーなど、ベトナム語で指示できない人にはお勧めしません。バスタブがあるのが、特徴かな？その分部屋は狭く感じますが・・・。

ホテルの立地は、細い一方通行の路地なので、注意が必要です。大通りでタクシーを降りて100程歩く事が問題なければ、大丈夫ですが・・・。 ローカルの飯屋やカフェは、比較的多いので便利です。繁華街の1区までは、タクシーで通常30分、朝夕のラッシュ時は45分くらいかかります。料金は、2016年3月現在で110,000ｄ位でした。徒歩5分にロッテマート、本格的な50mp8コースのプール、スポーツセンターがあります。頻繁に1区に行く必要が無い方なら便利でしょう。

フトスタジアムへ観戦へ行くために宿泊。スタジアムへは非常に近くて歩いても５分もかからず便利だった。 でも、食事する所がなかなかなくて衛生面を考えるとホーチミンの市街地の方がいいな…と思った。 ☆☆２星のホテルだったけど‥綺麗で快適だった。 宿泊中に数分～停電になってエアコンが止まった。 シャワーも混雑時は水しか出ないけど‥従業員は親切でなかなか良かった。

立地は不便だか部屋は満足”

フロントで英語が通じない（たまたまかも知れません）ハプニングがありましたが、部屋は清潔感があり満足。 市内ではあるが中心部から離れているので、不便さはありますが近くに大型スーパーがあるので困りません。 少し歩けばホーチミンの中華街があるので、変わったホーチミンを味わいたい方にはいいかもしれません。

그냥 잠시 쉬는걸로 갔습니다. 여행 마지막이라 간거고요. 비행기 기달리기 싫어서 간거입니다. 롯데마트가 근처라서 마트에서 이것저것 사기 위해 갔었습니다.룸 상태나 그런것은 좋지 않습니다. 기대하지 마시길
