"The staffs were very friendly, but they just speak English a little. If you don’t speak Chinese, it will be difficult to make a conversation with them. And there was no refrigerator and there is nothing to do as like a fitness gym and swimming pool. Only room but location good there is a subway station near the hotel and several restaurant near the hotel. "

"I was already half-regretting my booking when on check-in they refused my card. After a friend tried to pay for it, we discover it was a faulty card reader. They couldn't even tell that this was the problem. The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious rooms in a location hidden away in an immaculately curated office district. The hotel has a penchant for hiding things. The coffee is hidden in a drawer, the coffee mug in another drawer. The breakfast cafe/restaurant is hidden behind a door in an area seemingly sealed off for functions. The worst thing to hide though was taxes that were never communicated up-front (or on the Agoda booking) and a charge for breakfast that was actually All-Day Dining (again never communicated). This was my checkout surprise - did not have time to object. Not only did I not get to enjoy this "All Day Dining" (because I did not know I had it), I was also told by a fellow traveller that they could have included Breakfast for only 1 Yuan... "
