TOWEL(S) IS NOT PROVIDED (Extra charges of RM10 FOR 3 pieces towels may applied for towel services) 1.No PORK or any Sorts of PORK related of any kinds of Foods or Beverages are allowed on the Premises at all Times. 2.No Alcoholic drinks or any sorts of Alcoholic Beverages is Allowed on the Premises at all times. 3. No any sorts of PARTIES* ARE ALLOWED at any time given. (Wild, Drugs, Sex etc) 4. Always Clean after use of any items (Extra Charges may apply if fail to clean any dishes, pots, pans and utensils found Uncleaned) 5. Check-Out time is at 12 Noon No Later, Check-In time is at 3 p.m onward. LATE CHECKOUT WILL BE CHARGED. 6. Stealing is Prohibited and is a crime. 7. “Good Homestay for Family”
This time I'd been traveled with my family and small children. The house is very nice and clean. They also have a small house stick at the wall for the children to play with (Good ideas by the owner). The staff also were very friendly to us and very helpful. I'd been requesting to stay at the Quintet apt (1 of their units) and they manage to get the unit for me. Really thanks for that. I'm definitely gonna repeat back staying there when I go to CH again.

“Worth with price & location ”
Overall okay , complete with simple furniture .. Insyaa Allah can repeat 👍🏽 Suggestion to owner to improve : 1 - All matress need to upgrade or maybe can buy topper to makesure guest more comfortable 2 - Kitchen towel 3 - Bucket in toilet due to shower a bit slow 4 - Table support fridge not strong , hazard for kids

“Acceptable Home Stay”
Pro - Good and value homestay for families - Acceptable cleanliness Cons: - Poor maintenance. Balcony sliding stuck, both washroom water heater when turn on will causing lights blinking - Some rules restriction - Deposit refund after checkout 2 days to 5 days but asking you pay deposit at once before check-in - Mattress too soft, sofa like skeleton frame only, I sat on floors - Please ask for actual picture before you pay. It was different than the post, they mix photo with better look from Quintet. - Midnight might got some noise when peoples back late night. Only suitable for families with tight budget, I'm lucky at least given user consider clean and just off the lights when showering

“Very good”
Overall is good. There are 6 double beds that can fit at least 12 person. The house is clean and quiet. There are only two problems which there’s no toilet paper or even tissue boxes provided in the house and the line connection is very poor. Totally cannot use my own data for internet and can’t connect the WiFi while we’re in the master bedroom as it’s too far away from the router. We can only use the WiFi if we come out to the living room or area nearby kitchen.
