Nice little bungalow.”
Rooms are actually small bungalows grouped around a little garden. Suprisingly mosquito-free for Samed! Very fresh and clean. Anything to complain about? Well, a bit low water pressure, and the fact they haven't bothered to get rid of remaining building material. But this is common for Thailand - and I 've heard they've had some had disposal issues on the island.

Nice place, minus for brown water.”
This place is great and it was really quiet during the night. The beds were kind of hard and the water in the shower, toilet and sink was brown. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

This little property is on the main from from the pier to White Sand Beach, so location is good. It's quiet, mostly. There is no servicing of rooms during your stay. As is quite common, bathrooms smell bad. Breakfast is made to order and is quite acceptable. This was our second stay here

Horrible with Billing”
Pay with credit card via Agoda website. The hotel said they can't process the credit and request for wire transfer. After arrived, hotel said they can't find the wire transfer and ask to pay again. As this is may day long weekend, all other hotels are sold out. We have no choice and double paid the hotel fee.

Great for the Price!”
Even on a busy weekend when Koh Samet was mostly full, they had a room avialabe for a great price. It's a little walk to the beach, but close to many restaurants and stuff on the Main Street. Clean and comfortable, no frills, but has a nice garden and everything worked. One of the best deals I've seen on Samet.

great accommodation but wouldn't choose koh samet again”
the location is great not far from the ferry pier and close to beach, the rooms were good we stayed in the roof top bungalows only down side was the bed and pillows were hard, staff friendly and was situated in a quite place. i would recommend this place to other travellers because the price great however myself and family wouldn't choose to come to koh samet again as the army close the bars at 11pm and charge you 200baht a time to get on beach. also theres too many Chinese people and we found then rude and dirty, they would take pictures of my 4 year old daughter without my permission and the speed boats dropped them off on the beach so this has ruined the clear waters and there limited space to enjoy the sea.

I booked the large room. The room was new and clean, nicely furnished with brand new aircon. Bathroom was also large, clean and new. The reception lady was very friendly and helpful and speaks good english. The hotel has a small restaurant with nice food and free coffee.

I really loved my stay in this guesthouse, was very nice to me, I felt good. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works well, and it's 5min from the beach. Caution still to mosquitoes. The WIFI not worked very well in the room. I would definitely go again!

Reasonable value in the holiday high season period”
We stay in the room just newly decorated or renovated so the condition is comfortable . As the view of the room is our preference so even we do not have any view from the room it is not we care able . The water supply is rather disappointed as the volume of water from the shower is very weak and we need to complaint to fix it . However there is no improvement .our room rate do not included breakfast as there are many choices of breakfast location in the town . Next to the main road is a little noisy in the early morning when the motorbike passed by the hotel front .

This little hotel has a great location. It ticks all the boxes as per its description. It is rather basic but it´s clean and comfortable. It´s probably just a little more expensive than they need to be however I have no complaints.

Strategy location and affordable prices ”
The price is ok for us as we travel based in budget mode. It was near to the pier and just a walking distance. The staff was friendly too. For the room, it was fairly clean and the breakfast was good as well.
