Good location”

The hotel is located near the center of Morocco. I can't say much about this hotel since our first time in Morocco but considering other hotels which we have an accomodation during our tour I can say that this is a good hotel. And in Morocco I experienced that foods in the hotel restaurants is below standard and I suggest it's better to dine outside the hotel although hard to find a fine restaurant.

Perfect for our needs”

we were pleased with the stay. we paid about $100/night, which was a fourth of the price of the hotel right next door, which we didnt find to be very impressive. the breakfast was good, the service was friendly, except that the cleaning woman did not understand the Do Not Disturb sign, and not only knocked on our door, but then walked right in!!

We stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms was big and had a good view of the city. The staff were not friendly though. From the reception staff to the bellboy. Another disadvanatge is that there's no free parking for the hotel!!! you have to pay Dirhams per night for the parking.

Was a good hotel once upon a time. Poor service”

A great property once upon a time: hot shower was not working being winter time: receptionist rude and unfriendly: reaction to complaint very very late. Would prefer other hotels next time like the Kenzi tower etc. Bad experience this time: eroded my earlier good memories of the hotel. The Drapes were dirty: has'nt been cleaned for months.

The hotel is very affordable but def. not 4 star. The rooms are outdated, the customer service ok, there is no room service after late evening, and the bathrooms are outdated and a bit grotty (there is no tile on the shower wall, just a painted wall the water hits).

Central location ”

Small yet clean and modern room. Ok for short stay. Reception staffs fairly helpful but not so friendly or efficient. Lame Excuse given when enquire about foreign exchange.

Location good internet sub zero”

Not what I was expecting. I was travelling on business and internet was an important factor for me. That was not there..... that explains it all
