Worst ever.
Too high price for the low quality. A disappointment. The corridor to the rooms looks fancy, but that is all. After walking a little, you hear a creaking sound that shows that it's just a pretty carpet over something too old and not fixed at all. The rooms are the same (I stayed in a Deluxe, can't say about the others). The water temperature of the shower can't be controlled, and you would expect a bit more than white tiles and shower curtain for the price. The room carpet was old, the room smelled old, and the bed was hard as wood. The wifi is close to useless. Some staff was rude when asked a simple question in the late evening. The location is great though, a minute from the riverside.

Expected more
The initial view of the hotel is nice on photos however much more dirty in the alley that leads to the hotel that the photos don't show you. A room with a window doesn't necessarily means a view as our room had the next building so close you could touch it. The cleaning staff were most polite yet the reception staff weren't very helpful as they do not speak enough English to advertise as a English and Chinese speaking hotel. Wifi is free but very hard to get a good strong signal until you complain and they send an "engineer" who then brings a signal booster. Room was pretty neat yet dirty with smelly stained carpets. We managed to get more assistance regarding traveling around the city and some sight seeing information at another hotel who assisted us greatly knowing we weren't even guests at their hotel.

Disappointing stay
Staff at front office were absolutely shockingly inattentive, unprofessional and had extremely little knowledge about a lot of things. There were no copies of the subway schedules and system and total lack of tourist information. Cigarettes were squashed out on the floor at reception, as well as garbage piled up every day. The so called coffee shop, cum bar was almost never staffed and closed most of the time. Definitely extremely poor management supervision.
