Close to LEF Future Center...”
The hotel is very very close to where I was attending the conference. It was convenient to get from the Utrecht train station by both tram and local bus. The front gate is a little confusing if you walk in and it is surrounded by electric fencing. The rooms are simple and practical. This hotel served my purposes very well.

the hotel is located on a perfect location especially for business travellers. the hotel has all the facilities when working and travelling in the utrecht area. staff service is ok, the hotel is cleam and the breakfast will give you a good start for a new working day.

too expensive for what you get”
first of all ppl at the reception don't know how to use your credit card details to charge online; my bank called me that it looks like my card is abused in nl. after explanation it is the hotel they unblocked this operation. hotell still was trying to charge my credit card wrong way. the fininsh was bastion canceled my resrvation! and when i come to the hotel i have to pay euro more. this is so bad. room was ok in in terms of cleenliness and space but very cold. even ac turned to heatng mode didn't help much. breakfast is additionally paid per person per day - not that great for this price but was ok. there is nothing around the hotel; no shops no restaurant. there is shopping center but too far on feet you need a car. so you must stay in the hotel. i didn't - took my car and eat outside

Not comfortable for the older traveller”
The advantage is that the hotel is close to the excellent public transport facilities and a large parking-place, by which one can reach Utrecht down-town very easily. The room in itself is OK, but the bathroom is very narrow (both douche and toilet) and inconvenient for older people. One thing that I particularly disliked was that a waitress was constantly watching her smartphone WHILE serving guests in the restaurant! I think the management should train staff on these issues.

Nice basic hotel with free parking right at the motorway. Close to exhibition center and easy access. Good food and wide choice of different menus. Breakfast is limited but good quality. Wireless internet access did not work in my room (top floor). Will return next time I have to be in the area.

The hotel was not located in the city, was about 10 minute drive from the city centre. Small bathroom, and somehow i didnt get the feeling that it was a safe location. The guy at the reception desk was nice and humble.

Clean room but limited services”
Location 10 minutes by tram from citicentre; tram fare included daily room rent does not come cheap.There are no shops near the hotel itself. Tram station to hotel entrance walk is thro a very bushy area and can make you nervous in the night. Room ,though small ,is clean . Reception staff is pleasant but I noted that they were ignorant about their own surroundings, even about buses service etc Resturant has limited optioons , I saw one family being told - " no vegetarian options "

- empty water bottles from previous guests stayed there the whole weekend. - wet towels were taken and not replaced - mattress too soft - very far from city center - no restaurant for dinner

tout le mobilier des chambres est très vieux. Idem pour la salle de bain, avec des toiles d'araignées et qui ne paraissait pas très propres. Le nettoyage est fait à la va vite, ainsi que les lits. Mauvais rapport qualité prix
