It was a nightmare. Avoid this hotel.
It was a Saturday night and we were up till 6am in the morning before we slept. Very much to our surprise, as early as 9am on a Sunday morning, there were loud renovation noise all over the hotel. We were forced to wake up early on a Sunday morning and gave us headache for the whole Sunday! And when we went out of our room, we were surprised to see ALL the rooms beside us on the same floor were torn apart and many people were at work! Why would the hotel place us in a room next to all the others undergoing renovation? We were not told earlier that there would be renovation in the morning. When we complained to the reception, Stacey(assistant manager) was on duty and the best she could do for us was to offer us a coffee. I felt that was a joke. She then advised us to write an email to HQ to request for refund if I want to. I tried and all I get is 10% discount off my future stay. It was another big joke. NOT RECOMMENDED!

noisy passenger terminal resembling breakfast area
Room : carpet not appropriately cleaned, towels and sheets had a rather bad smell (as if laundered in the ditch running alongside the hotel or taken from long term storage near garbage disposal). Breakfast : area is not very hospitable and/or relaxing (passage of guests, visitors, service providers ...). First time ever in a hotel yaourt was served unchilled.

Slechte beoordeling voor Agoda
Toen we int hotel aankwamen, was er maar plaats voor 2 personen op kamer. We zijn een koppel met 1 kind van 6 jaar. Iemand van ons kon dus niet bij op kamer. Op boekingssite van Agoda heb ik 1 kamer geboekt voor 2 volwassenen en 1 kind. Maar receptioniste zei dat dit niet kon omdat ze geen kamers hebben voor 3 personen. Terwijl dit op boekingssite van Agoda wel ging. Het is toch niet mogelijk dat je een boeking maakt voor 3 personen, bevestiging krijgen personenbelasting berekend wordt voor 3 pers en dan aan het hotel de keuze krijgt: ofwel kamer extra bij boeken ofwel 1 persoon in auto slapen. Na een lange autoreis verwacht je toch wel iets anders. Ter plaatse telefonisch contact opgenomen met Agoda, niet bereikbaar maar wel extra kosten op telefoonrekening. Wij vinden het niet kunnen dat je voor 3 pers een kamer kunt boeken en dan int hotel te horen krijgen dat er maar plaats is voor 2. Receptioniste vond dit ook niet kunnen. 1 ding zeker: wij boeken nooit meer bij AGODA 😈😈😈
