the staffs on the hotel is so helpful. I stayed there for only one night, but everything was great. One time I left my documents in the hotel, and I was in the airport. I called the staff and Pak Tamrin and staffs were so helpful to find the document in my room and took pictures before sent it to me. Thank you very much

Everything is great about this place The food The room was cozy The hot shower were incredible The air conditioner The staff is pleasant However just one thing, if there is a pool. It will be much better. But however it is still great place to stay considering the amount that they charges! Cheers!

the hotel is very near to the airport...and a bit away from the city center (which is good for me).. friendly staff.. room and hotel is clean.. food for breakfast was ok.. can be improve by adding more continental breakfast to the buffet (coz some people dont eat spicy local food for breakfast).. overall, it was a good stay for me and i will surely to come and staying here again .. tq.

Pros Good location as near to airport Indomart and RM Puti Buana( very good Padang food) next door to Hotel Cons Breakfast spread very less for the hotel rate They provide margarine instead of butter. Paid 574 ribu for 1 night and very disappointed with breakfast.

Short and Simple”
Having stayed before at Batiqa Palembang. I decided to carry on staying at batiqa pekanbaru. Everything remain great in terms of room amenities. Great view towards south pekanbaru and airport. Despite its close proximity to the airport. It is a considerable distance to city centre. But taxi and go jek are affordable to get around. I am particularly impressed by the high standard of service and staffs here compared to palembang and even better than some 4stars hotel in singapore. Beds are very comfortable. However bistro food was served cold on the first day i tried. Did not try breakfast as i thought menu was too simple but cheap for buffet.
